Paradise Yoga Retreat Thailand

Meeting with the simple but genuine Thailand is here, along the beautiful Rayong coast, only a few hours with bus south of Bangkok. This is the holiday paradise with long beautiful beaches and a nice relaxing atmosphere. During the retreat, you will meet in the house of Samasthiti. This is a fantastic way to invest in yourself. The Yogashala is on the top floor of Samasthiti townhouse, with a view of sea and nature. It is located in a quiet area about 100 meters from the beach, has six rooms including three rooms with shower and toilet for rent. Yogabrus shares the shower and toilet and kitchen available for all.

YogaBrus Thailand Yoga Retreat Program

This program allows the earth, water, fire, air, and space elements to guide you to equilibrium of body and soul. In simple ways YogaBrus makes a blend of movements (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation (silent stillness).


Samasthitiyoga is a a fusion of asana, meditation, qigong, reiki, mantra, mudra, pranayama, chanting and other essential rituals. YogaBrus focuses on the art of aligning all the poses from Samasthiti, working on external physical alignment to create a more subtle internal alignment. An endless process and exploration of inner peace.

Daily schedule

  • 07:30 - 09:30 Walking meditation and morning yoga

  • 11:00 - 16:00 Your own time for reading, sunbath, walks, shopping, massage, lunch, or excursion

Anna Brus is a certified yoga teacher that with her glow and inner unique vigor, she is happy to be sharing her knowledge of the depths of yoga. She is the creator of Samasthiti yoga which has slowly emerged through her experience of Virya, Anusara, Bikram, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Vipassana, and life itself. She believes the value of yoga is resting in the stillness of awareness and peace. Her aim for now and the future is to practice with the same intention, commitment, and inspiration and also to give consideration and kindness in her everyday life.

Retreat location

A few hours bus ride in the south of Bangkok you will find the Rayong coast. This is the holiday paradise for the Thai. Here are long, beautiful beaches and a nice relaxing atmosphere. In Rayong, you will find the real Thailand and it suits all who want to experience Thailand in their everyday life and at the same time have a restful holiday. The amazing area, which is located on Mae Rampheung Beach between Rayong and Ban Phe, has beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and close to the paradise island of Koh Samet.

Enjoy daily vegetarian breakfast with a touch of Ayurveda during your stay at the retreat. A welcoming dinner will be served on the first day of the arrival and a farewell dinner will be served on the last day of the retreat. YogaBrus likes to think food is medicine for your body.


Daily lunch and dinner are not included in the price. Options will be available in the nearby restaurants for a cheap price.

Things to do (optional)

Enjoy Reiki healing with Ana Brus which you pay cash 1000 THB (25 EUR) per 60 minutes. Reiki is an ancient Japanese effective technique for stress reduction and relaxation, which was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900 century. Reiki comes from two Japanese words - Rei which means universal life energy and Qi life energy, which flows through all living things. One can see it as therapeutic healing, but it is also an energy transfer which is a completely natural process.

Reiki accelerates the body’s own healing processes by balancing energy blockages in the body’s energy system, helping the body to relax, relieves pain, tension and stress, and starts a cleansing process in the body. Reiki not only treats the physical symptoms but also the spiritual and mental causes of a disease and therefore promotes not only physical well-being but also has a positive effect on the emotional equilibrium.

Reiki is used to replenish vitality, strengthen the immune system, protect against disease and relieve aches, body stress, burnout of various kinds. Reiki is completely safe, has no side effects and can never be overdosed.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK).

Arrival by bus

You can take a bus from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) to central Bangkok to the Victory monument and change to a minivan towards Pattaya, you then go further to Ban Phe. The cost is around 200 THB. If you arrive by bus to Victory monument in central Bangkok, you need to change to a minivan. The minivan will drop you off at Ban Phe, before heading towards Pattaya. The transfer is not included in the price.

Arrival by taxi

Transfer from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) with taxi takes about two hours. The cost is around 2500 THB or 50 EUR.

YogaBrus will happily arrange transfers for you.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
