You will be staying at The Vine Retreat, an eco-friendly yoga retreat center and organic pepper farm nestled in the idyllic rural countryside between Phnom Vour Mountain and the South coast of Cambodia. It offers rural tranquility, lush green countryside views and a homely farmhouse atmosphere. With shared and single rooms available, it is the perfect place to ignite your roots, allow balance, and recovery.

This retreat integrates a full yoga and meditation program. Anna Brus will not only be using yoga’s essential tools such as breath and movement but also chanting and mudras in a fresh and modern way to encourage everyone to embrace their unique flow in life – on and off the yoga mat. Different yoga moves, pranayama (breathing), mantra, and mindfulness guiding will be explored throughout the whole retreat.

  • Anna Brus

    Anna Brus is a certified yoga teacher and with her glow and inner unique vigor she is happily sharing her knowledge of the depth of yoga. She is the creator of Samasthitiyoga which has slowly emerged through her experience of Virya, Anusara, Bikram, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Vipassana and life itself. Her aim for now and the future is to practice with intention, commitment and inspiration; to give consideration and kindness in everyday life.

This retreat will take place in Phnom Vour, Cambodia.

You can spend your free time by taking a dip in the nourishing salt water pool, availing a massage treatment or by checking out nearby tourist attractions.

    "Thank you so much for the great yoga class. I had slept poorly and was very tired yesterday, in addition to my usual brain injury fatigue, but I must point out something amazing and it was to yoga yesterday was actually the first practice I have not gotten sick or tired of. I usually go for example brisk walking (when I get sick of running) and swim now and then because I think it is important for the body and mind to move and so - but always get so out of it. Yoga left a completely different, more energetic feel. Thanks again."
