YogaBreezeBali is dedicated to reliable teaching and learning, our exclusive program is limited to 12 students. This teacher training has been developed to give you all the practical and theoretical skills you will need to teach your own students as a confident and responsible yoga teacher. It is also a great opportunity to deepen your practice and your self-development, these solid foundations will accompany you throughout your life on the path of yoga.
Our yoga teacher training is the only one located in front of the white sandy beach of south Bali. You will be hosted in a 5-star beachfront resort with all the facilities to optimize your training time. You will enjoy your practice and training in our two dedicated spaces with an ocean view shala and an incredible shala surrounded by lotus flowers. During your stay, in addition to a tropical garden and a very large pool, spa and daily shuttles you will get air conditioning, bath & shower, hot water, towels, living room, fridge, Television, daily cleaning service, balcony or terrace.
YogaBreezeBali has developed a unique yoga training program that combines the philosophical fundamentals and traditional Indian practices with its modern vision. This training is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa practice with specially designed topics to accompany you on the path of Yoga. We will provide you with a solid foundation to become responsible and confident teachers. You will be able to create intelligent and creative sequences and teaching techniques in accordance with the fundamentals principles of yoga while keeping your own voice.
Asana training and practice: the first days will be dedicated to the Pawanmuktasana series and basic asana. During the following weeks, we will integrate various asanas in an intelligent order of progression with a minimum of 4 hours of asana practice daily.
Pranayama: through daily practice and theory, we will learn different breathing techniques and how breathing can influence the flow of prana in the nadis.
Meditation: through discussions, readings and daily practice, we will learn and explain the concepts of meditation, states of mind, consciousness and the path of liberation.
Anatomy and physiology: you will learn the basics of anatomy and physiology related to yoga and discover the subtle energy body that yoga harmonizes.
Philosophy and history: we will study the basic philosophy, concepts, and history of yoga and question how we can integrate these concepts into our modern lifestyle.
Teaching methodology: you will begin to practice teaching from day one. We will provide you with the pedagogical knowledge, tools, and tips you need to teach freely.
Teaching practice: leading your own class is one of the most important aspects of your training to feel confident. This module Includes teaching, observing and assisting.
The art of sequencing will focus on the intelligent and creative skill of sequencing.
Yoga introduction will give you the opportunity to explore various yoga styles.
Julie (RYT 500/E RYT 200) is a former classical dancer, she naturally turned to yoga inspired by a holistic approach to life. Dedicated to teaching yoga in its most authentic form, she focuses on self-awareness to helps students understand their bodies, feelings, and emotions. In this logic, Julie wants to bring an understanding of yoga as a whole, extend its benefits beyond the mat, and train responsible and passionate yoga teachers.
Lia’s yoga journey began in 2005, yoga and meditation practice fundamentally changed her life perspective. Traditional Hatha yoga became her first choice to truly understand what yoga is for her, then she continued to explore some other tradition of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Lia (E-RYT200) hopes you will find your own way on practice and create your own fun journey to live in. For her, yoga is a way of life to be truly alive with love and compassion all around.
His yoga journey was born with Yin Yoga, then Brian went to study other styles in Rishikesh at Yogis Yogshala School in India. He is a passionate teacher who is now focused on Vinyasa and also excels in the balance of arms.
In 2010, Sandy wanted above all to improve her martial practice and went to yoga mainly for its efficiency. After studying and practicing Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga intensively, Yoga has become essential to his daily life. Sandy is now an exciting teacher and a truly talented practitioner nicknamed Ninja.
This teacher training course takes place at Jerman Beach, Tuban, South Bali. It is a really quiet area with a beautiful white sand beach between the famous Kuta and Jimbaran Beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sea breeze during your yoga practice and to discover this mythical place during your free time.
Ideally located, you will have convenient facilities around you within walking distance. You have the opportunity to spend your free time and day off enjoying local markets, temples, beach activities, local food, and various restaurants.

YogaBreezeBali do not provide dinner, because after a day of training they would like to go give you the opportunity to enjoy, explore the rich local culture as well as the various western and local restaurants all available within walking distance.
Should you want to rest after a tiring day, three restaurants will available inside the hotel. The main one, with an Indonesian western menu, and the other two offering Italian and Japanese food.

PENINSULA (Bukit): just a few kilometers away, Uluwatu, Padang, Dreamland, Bingin, and many other spots will amaze you with some incredible seascapes, cliffs, world-class waves but also the amazing Uluwatu temples, Balinese dances or morning fishing with a local fisherman for many other amazing days to spend in this beautiful Hindu paradise.
