Hidden, away from the famous Kuta beach, in a beautiful tropical garden with two very large pools facing the ocean to offer both peace and accessibility. The Patra Bali Resort is a blend of Balinese and Western-style architecture offering many pleasant services to give you an ideal yoga training experience!
Two beautiful spaces are dedicated to your yoga practice, one with an ocean view and a beautiful floating shala surrounded by luxuriant lotus flowers.
All YTT students are accommodated in deluxe suites rooms, private, or double share. These very spacious (73 meters squared) and comfortable rooms are all equipped with a living room, a terrace, or balcony, as well as a bath and a shower.
The training course is a well-balanced combination of daily Hatha and Vinyasa practice and covers all the unique aspects of yoga through topics such as meditation practice, the art of teaching, Vinyasa sequencing, asana alignment, and history, philosophy, and anatomy. Specially designed to support you and encourage you to find your own path, Julie and her team will provide you with a solid foundation to become a confident teacher.
The yoga teacher training in Bali offers teacher certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga through total immersion. These Yoga Alliance-accredited programs are based on Indian tradition and offer you a professional certification that is recognized worldwide.
Led by Julie and her experienced team, this 200-hour yoga training certification course lasts 25 days. The training takes place in Bali at the quiet Jerman beach, in a 5-star hotel with beachside accommodation included.
Yoga Breeze Bali school and its training program are accredited by Yoga Alliance which offers you the opportunity to become a yoga teacher registered as RYT200 in the listing of this international organization. To go beyond, the teacher training course adds traditional knowledge, and senior instructors, and it is exclusive to 12 students per session to offer the best learning experience possible.
Julie and her team want to be able to pay particular attention to each student and answer all the questions in depth to improve your training time. You will follow the practical and theoretical classes in two dedicated spaces. Morning classes take place facing the ocean while the rest of the day will be spent in the beautiful floating shala which created a sacred space with an intimate atmosphere to allow you to go further and connect with your true self.
Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®)
Daily practice and asana laboratory are both designed in an intelligent order of progression and level of difficulty. Students will first learn the basics of asanas, once the foundations are perfectly understood and mastered they will naturally go further to integrate more challenging postures.
The asana laboratory classes are crafted to help the students to understand and explore thoroughly each pose including the alignment, breath, awareness, Drishti, use of the props, benefits, contraindications, and so on. The schedule includes a minimum of 4 daily hours spread over the topics above.

The breath is the heart of each asana, its awareness and control are indissociable of all yoga practice. Step by step in an intelligent order learns first and foremost to develop the consciousness and grasp the mechanism of the breath to incrementally expand your potential and move on to specific pranayama. Understand and properly use the various breath techniques, their purposes, and their benefits.
Whatever style of yoga you practice, its goal will invariably remain the same, to calm the fluctuations of the mind. Meditation is a wonderful tool to achieve this state of calm and peace. This is why regular practices are fully part of the training. Through philosophical readings and various practices, they will bring you the necessary keys to grasp and understand the functioning of the mind and its main obstacles. Establish day by day a solid foundation to be able to observe and draws new patterns in line with yourself.
Yoga is an art of living, a philosophy in itself. So beyond your mat, yoga is practiced the most in your everyday life. Going back to the roots by understanding its history, studying its evolution through the centuries to modern yoga, and integrating its fundamental philosophical principles will be the major points of our discussions.
Mainly through the study of the Patanjali Sutras move forward on the path of yoga, discover yourself a little more day after day, unfold the layers, and take a new step towards your self-realization.
In order to be able to deliver safe teaching to your students while also deepening the understanding of your own body, you will learn the basics of anatomy and physiology. Understand the structures and functions of the human body and recognize the skeletal variances in different bodies.
You will also discover the importance of the subtle body through discussions and specific practices to step forward to your own balance and harmony.
Practicing is one thing, teaching is a whole different thing, and they will never say it enough. This is why you will start teaching from the first few days, to naturally along the days develop the habit of expressing yourself in front of your students and gain more and more confidence in your teaching.
Your first steps will be taken at the beginning in pairs and then evolve by creating and delivering short sequences. The approach is to provide you with all the knowledge, tools and necessary tips, feel free to translate the information learned so express your own teaching style!
Concluding the training, you will have this amazing opportunity to teach your first class in real condition, supported with love from your teachers and the entire group.
This part of the yoga certification focuses on the intelligent and creative skill of sequencing. You will learn how to create Hatha and Vinyasa lessons based on a subject or intention. Learn the more static approach, focus on alignment, and incorporate modifications into your Hatha classes.
Always inspired by the choice of your theme, design a continuous thread that links each posture in fluidity, balance, breath, and variations in a choreographic approach for your Vinyasa classes.
Now it’s time to explore. Through a minimum of 2 workshops, the course offers you the opportunity to discover different styles of yoga. Covered by teachers specializing in these practices, they will enlighten you on the foundations of this style, their history, and also a chance to practice it.
A short break in your daily Hatha and Vinyasa practice, a first taste, and a better understanding of other styles of yoga. This first taste may give you the opportunity to broaden your horizons.
Julie (RYT 500/E RYT 200) is a former classical dancer, she naturally turned to yoga inspired by a holistic approach to life. Dedicated to teaching yoga in its most authentic form, she focuses on self-awareness to helps students understand their bodies, feelings, and emotions. In this logic, Julie wants to bring an understanding of yoga as a whole, extend its benefits beyond the mat, and train responsible and passionate yoga teachers.
Lia’s yoga journey began in 2005, yoga and meditation practice fundamentally changed her life perspective. Traditional Hatha yoga became her first choice to truly understand what yoga is for her, then she continued to explore some other tradition of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Lia (E-RYT200) hopes you will find your own way on practice and create your own fun journey to live in. For her, yoga is a way of life to be truly alive with love and compassion all around.
His yoga journey was born with Yin Yoga, then Brian went to study other styles in Rishikesh at Yogis Yogshala School in India. He is a passionate teacher who is now focused on Vinyasa and also excels in the balance of arms.
In 2010, Sandy wanted above all to improve her martial practice and went to yoga mainly for its efficiency. After studying and practicing Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga intensively, Yoga has become essential to his daily life. Sandy is now an exciting teacher and a truly talented practitioner nicknamed Ninja.

Located at an equal distance from Canggu and Uluwatu, you will have the choice to fully enjoy the rice fields, temples, or the magnificent viewpoints, beaches, and cliffs of the peninsula.

The Patra’s buffet breakfast offers a very wide choice and a vegetarian main dish at lunch specially adapted to support your training is also included.
The dinners are not included but there are many pleasant choices offered to you. From the exit of the hotel, there is a multitude of local restaurants and other western restaurants a little further, still within walking distance. When fatigue takes over the desire to discover the local culture, it is possible to take advantage of one of the three restaurants available at the Patra hotel.
The main restaurant will serve you Balinese, Indonesian, and Western cuisine and you will also find an Italian restaurant as well as a Japanese one (open in the evening only).
They emphasize the wellness of students as rest and nutrition as well as the state of mind are important parts of intensive training.
