You will be accommodated in a bedroom inside the 17th century villa. Each bedroom is unique and cozy.
Start your retreat with a settling in day with some grounding yoga and a home cooked Italian meal (with some local wine). You will awake each morning with an optional yoga class and then breakfast will be served. You will also have a quiet villa day to soak up the beautiful surroundings and relax. There will be an afternoon yoga class if time permits and even yoga Nidra in some evenings.
The villa is an ancient building that dates back to 1644. It stands at the foot of a stream which used to move the grindstones to grind both flour and olives (for oil). The stream is animated by the surrounding woods and a little bridge takes you over to a charming swimming pool surrounded by volcanic stones. There is a panoramic view of the countryside with over 70 hectares of green hills of olive groves and nut trees, woods, and wonderful valleys. Inside, the villa is charming and has been renovated in full respect of its original architecture.

During this retreat, you can enjoy local excursions discovering the hamlet of Vitochiano, a local vineyard, the ‘City in the Clouds’, Florence, and Rome. Excursion costs are not included in the price of this retreat.
You will be flying either into Pisa International Airport (PSA), also known as Galileo Galilei Airport, or Florence Airport, Peretola (FLR).
