Parul is a yoga instructor certified in Hatha yoga, Kids yoga, and sound healing. She has been conducting yoga for the past 7 years. She has conducted yoga sessions in Thailand, Vietnam, India, and Singapore. She is passionate about holistic health and loves to help people achieve their health goals. Recently she was part of a TV show titled "Yoga for well being" which was on air in India on March 2019. Parul lives in Singapore with her husband and two girls - aged 8 and 5.
