In Sanskrit Bhoga means enjoyment, experiencing, or feeling. YogaBhoga offers a holistic yoga practice drawing from many different styles of yoga and is suitable for all abilities, ages, and gender.

Katie has practised yoga for 10 years and completed her 500hr teacher training with the Devon School of Yoga in 2015. She teaches classes, courses and workshops across Devon. She set up and established YogaBhoga in June 2014 and she has been practising yoga for over 10 years and grew up with the influence of yoga with her mum having practised regularly. She decided she wanted to become a yoga teacher shortly after the birth of her daughter Florence.
Jo is an ANLP accredited NLP Practitioner and an ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Coach. Jo Daley is a vegetarian cook (she will also be providing the yummy food) and a qualified coach and therapist living in Exeter. With a background in social care, she takes a creative, and holistic approach to support people to focus on the changes they can make, to achieve sustainable growth in their day-to-day lives. Jo believes that we all have the power within us to manifest our true selves, and with the right teaching and support, we can awaken this power through daily practice.
