Garden view rooms

Garden view rooms occupy the ground floor and offer easy access to the tropical gardens, pool, and beach. They are the perfect spot to catch the wonderful aromas from the equatorial plants and flowers.

Sea view rooms

The sea view rooms are on the first and second floors and offer panoramic views from the northern tip of Nungwi out across to the distant Tanga Mountains and continuing down the west coast of the island. Natural light floods the rooms until the evening when the blood-red sun finally drops off the far edge of the earth.

Morning yoga classes will be taught by Marisa and sunset fitness classes will be coached by Uri. In six fitness sessions, Uri will provide you with the tools and knowledge to develop and continue a fitness program by yourself without the need of an instructor or gym.

    World Yoga Alliance (Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga)

    Marisa, the founder of Yoga Zanzibar, teaches Ashtanga based and creative Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on alignment according to the individual’s needs, flowing movements linked with an intense focus on the importance of applying the audible Ujjayi breath, dynamic fun flows with arm balances broken down in stages accessible to everyone. She focuses on initiating movements from the deep core line - the latest fascia anatomy research from Tom Myers. It focuses on movements releasing the fascia lines and preventing unnecessary tension in your body during your physical practise.

    Uri Levy’s training programs focus on developing both your body and your lifestyle to meet your goals. The course includes building muscle, conditioning, general fitness, and targeting specific muscle groups. In order to understand how you can develop our body muscles and your personal fitness, you must understand the body anatomy. Uri is an ex-special forces officer, training army fitness all over the world, guiding and bringing his students to physical and mental strength. He is a certified personal trainer and specializes in functional training.

Set in the tepid, crystal blue waters of the Indian Ocean, Zanzibar, with its tropical climate, white powder beaches, rich cultural heritage, and abundant coral reefs offers some of the best diving in the world. The island’s capital, Stone Town, is a designated world heritage site and blends a culture steeped in the opulence of the sultans with influences from Europe. Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR) in Dar-Es-Salaam. From there, you need to take a domestic flight to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) in Zanzibar. Transfer from and to the airport is available on request. Several major airlines offer direct flights to Dar-Es-Salaam and Zanzibar. Domestic airlines feed into Zanzibar from various parts of Tanzania. Scheduled flights from Dar-Es-Salaam to Zanzibar have a strict baggage allowance of 15 to 20 kilograms per person.

On arrival at Zanzibarʼs airport in Stone Town, located in the south west of the island. From there, you will transfer to Nungwi by road, which is on the northern tip of the island. Your journey lasts approximately 60 minutes and will take you past authentic Zanzibari villages and through areas of lush jungle palms.
