How the retreat works

You will have 2 group calls on Zoom (including access to recordings) as well as 3 group yoga and pranayama classes, 1 hour each (including access to recordings).

Timing of sessions / daily schedule (GMT+2)

The zoom classes will be at 8 a.m. CET. Everything will be recorded and posted on the Facebook group if some people can’t make it to the live session.

  • Morning routines (15 - 20 minutes) - on your own based on tutorials Oana will provide
  • Yoga class and discussion (60 - 90 minutes) - on Zoom and recorded in the FB private group
  • Day self-care rituals (30 - 40 minutes) - videos will be provided
  • Evening self-care rituals (30 - 40 minutes) - videos will be provided

Retreat information

Ayurveda recommends that you do a cleanse with the change of seasons so you can reset the digestive system, cleaning out the old to make space for the new. Moreover, many people have been isolating themselves during these challenging times and could use a jump start in getting your health back on track.

The process will have 3 phases:

2-day preparation

When you reduce or eliminate certain foods from your diet and prepare the body for the actual cleanse. You will be doing this on your own at home based on information Oana will provide priory to the start of the program.

3-day actual cleanse

When you will follow a mono-diet that will support the process in a more active way. You will meet every day online with Oana and you will also receive written information for steps you will be doing on your own at home

2-day integration

When you gradually get back to a regular diet. You will be doing this on your own at home based on the information Oana will provide.

You will receive all the information you need for each step along the way via e-mail or Facebook group, plus access to all the recordings. If you are not able to attend the live zoom sessions, don't worry, they will be recorded and made accessible for you. Also, Oana will be available on e-mail or WhatsApp to answer any questions during the entire program.
