This yoga retreat is an opportunity for you to actively release what needs to be released and start the next chapter of your life from a fresh, inspired place. Instructors Mandy Burstein and Jade Alectra will take you on a beautiful journey back to yourself by drawing lessons from the dark days to help shine light into new spaces of your heart. You will release deeply seeded fears and beliefs about yourself and learn how to dive deep into the practice of true, unfiltered self-love.
During this retreat, you will stay in a shared room with a private bathroom and two queen beds. MAximum of two people per shared room. The rooms are all equipped with air-conditioning, a refrigerator, a kitchenette, basic utensils for cooking, a terrace with a patio table and Wi-Fi. The resort has a private pool, garden, on-site coffee and smothie bar, and round the clock security.
During this retreat, you will enjoy daily wonderful yoga practices with Jade Leblanc and Mandy Burstein and workshops on nutrition and healthy living with Jenny Niezgoda. You do not need any previous training to join this retreat, all levels of yoga experience are welcome.
You will also have the opportunity to experience a native sweat lodge temazcal ceremony on December 31 to release the energy of 2016 and a new year's day group hike through the jungle to a sacred blue mud beach to set intentions and start 2017 from a beautiful, grounded, open, intentional place. All these wonderful activities accompanied by daily delicious and healthy local meals.

Having grown up all around the world, Mandy blends her love of travel and adventure to create amazing, unforgettable yoga retreats. She has guided over 100 students on retreats to Mexico as she is completely in love with the country and it has healed her personally and challenged her professionally. Mandy teaches powerful Vinyasa flow, SUP yoga, and deeply Restorative yoga, all concentrated around the theme of self-love and empowerment.
After finding yoga in her darkest of hours, Jade realized the healing powers of the practice and became a certified yoga instructor. A passionate runner and all-around talented athlete, Jade teaches a unique, dynamic physical asana practice. She challenges her students to go to their edge by helping them to find a deeper sense of self-love and self-respect. She is excited to explore the jungles of Sayulita, Mexico and welcome 2016 with a dedicated tribe of fellow seekers.

During this retreat you will enjoy an organic breakfast along with a green smoothie every morning. You will also enjoy four group dinners, including a special new year’s eve feast on the beach.
During your free time you may enjoy activities like fishing, horse riding, sailing, shopping, snorkeling, or stand up paddle boarding. You may also relax by the beach or explore the local surroundings. Sayulita also has a curious eclectic quality, and is frequented by members of the Cora and Huichol tribes.
