Instructors
Karen Kurzmeyer
Karen is a retreat leader, yoga teacher, self-care coach, and integral facilitator based in Switzerland. Since 2014, she has completed more than 1,100 hours of yoga teacher training at Centered Yoga, Samahita in Thailand, and is certified by Yoga Alliance as RYT 500. Her background as a professional ballet dancer, teacher, and business owner plus being a mother of three sons and living in a foreign country all contribute to her strengths as a teacher, allowing her to help clients that are looking to integrate balance in their busy lives.
