Em is a qualified (200-hour yoga teacher training) yoga and meditation teacher. She undertook her initial yoga teacher training in India, studying under Swami Vidyanand, and has taught yoga in the UK and New Zealand. She has a particular interest in Yin yoga, following the principles of Paul Grilley. She finds Yin yoga simply nourishes her soul. She uses yoga and meditation to develop self-awareness and love nothing better than to share with others the beautiful balance yoga has bought her.
Amy is a mind-body eating: a new approach’ workshop facilitator, certified mind-body eating coach. A mind-body eating approach incorporates nutrition and eating psychology, addressing not only what you eat but who you are as eaters. What you bring to the table when you eat, how you think about food and your beliefs about the world can all have a profound effect on how you digest and assimilate the food you eat, your calorie-burning capacity, and the nutritive functions of the body.
