For dinner, expect a spread of delicious dishes made with fresh, foraged, and local ingredients will be served. For example, Five bean chilli with rice seasons with locally foraged wild seeds or cauliflower and pea Prashad curry with garlic and vegetable rice, mild (with optional spicy dip for heat lovers!), pakora dippers for side. Followed by delicious deserts such as chocolate mousse with strawberry sauce or lemon drizzle cake with coconut cream.

Rest assured, you will not go hungry! Especially as every day there will be a yummy afternoon tea provided with healthy snacks and a variety of local teas to complement the sweet treat. Spa treatments

Relaxing Thai Massage with Catherine

A beautiful moving meditation rhythmic practice which induces a state of deep relaxation and well-being for the receiver. Using techniques of rocking and subtle constant motion, the watery world of the living fascia (connective tissue) is opened up to release, create space and greater fluidity of movement throughout the body.

Your emotional life is stored deep within the physical body, this treatment effectively shifts stagnant energy-enhancing circulation flow, nerve conduction, spinal mobility, and muscular and fascial structures, as well as aiding the healing process for any injuries.

This treatment complements anyone looking to understand more about the mind body connection, deeply relax, let go of stress, release tension and any stiffness or pain in trapped joints and muscles.
