- 08:00 Private Ashtanga yoga class (modified based on your practice)
- 09:30 Breakfast in the house
- 11:00 Stand up paddle, kayak, or hike at the beach
- 14:00 Lunch in the house or picnic in nature.
- 15:00 Free time
- 17:00 Pranayama lesson (breathing technique)
- 17:30 Workshop time. You can choose workshops on stronger arms, legs, or abs, or inverted asanas (Yoga With Antonio break down the asanas and find ways for you to get results.)
- 18:00 Soft Yin yoga style practice (longer holds) and 15 minutes Thai massage
- 19:30 Free time
- 21:00 Dinner and rest

Antonio Pardo
Hello! Antonio is a yoga teacher and surfer with a degree in tourism. He has focused on private yoga groups ever since he started, he enjoys the connection this brings with his students. He was teaching in Barcelona, but he moved to beautiful and wild Galicia. He is looking forward to sharing this amazing land with you in all sorts of activities. During winter he is doing retreats in other places such as Latin America. He hopes you can go on an adventure soon, there is so much to do and see!
Retreat location
The famous town of Dali, Cadaques, a beautiful spot on itself that is surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is located 10 minutes away from Dali's.
Food
All meals are included, everything is made with bio/eco ingredients and in front of you in the kitchen, you will be having all your meals with amazing views. Only dinner is included on arrival and only breakfast is included on departure day.
