"Corinne’s style of teaching resonates with me. I have learned so much from her, as she facilitated my 200RYT training. She is patient, kind and adjusts easily to the needs of her students. I highly recommend her!"

"I attended Corinne Rosita Aulakh Yoga Retreat from 28 May to 6 June 2014 with five of my friends and had a great time. We had yoga in the morning and evening which was very relaxing. For the rest of the day there were many interesting activities she arranged for us to choose from and I did them all and thoroughly enjoyed myself. She also kindly arranged for my extended trip for another five days to the Pacific coast of Costa Rica after the retreat. Everything was well organised and catered to each participant’s individual interest. Thank you, Corinne."

"I attended yoga teacher training with Corinne at her home in the mountains surrounding San Jose. She is truly inspirational as a teacher, and she always made me feel confident in what I was bringing to the table as I was learning to teach. Getting to spend time with her horses was amazing, and the accommodations are perfect! On a side note, I thought that the vegetarian menu menu could be problematic for me, but the food was amazing, and I did not miss meat at all during my time here. I strongly encourage anyone to either go on a retreat or do YTT training with Corinne."

"In the month of May I did the Yoga Teacher Training with Corinne Rosita Aulakh in Cahuita. It was a beautiful and enriching experience in so many ways, learning from Corinne as well as from the other students. Corinne is such a warm and kind teacher, sharing her knowledge in a generous and accesible way. She has a deep knowledge of yoga gained from many years of practice and time spent in India and has a way to share that knowledge with ease."

"With equal amounts of seriousness and laughter she was guiding us to the core of yoga in the peacefulness of Cahuita. Some mornings we walked down to the beach for morning practice in the rising sun while the waves were crashing in on the wild and empty playa grande. We meditated with the horses, had dance meditation in the garden of the hotel and many candlelit practices on the platform in the evenings with the jungle with all its soothing sounds surrounding us."

"We were a small group of students and given lots of opportunity to practice teaching from early on in the course. Corinne created a safe space for us to share and learn from each other. Encouraging us to go deeper in our practice, living a yogic life style to understand what it means to do yoga by practicing it in every aspect of our lives. Through lectures, asana practice, a lot of practice teaching and discussions about yoga philosophy she made us ready for being teachers of our own."

"It is not easy to empower and assist beginners and challenge and motivate the experienced students in the same class, but these teachers manage to do just that with a sincerity and passion that is amazing. I have practiced yoga for decades and was amazed at how I felt after taking classes with Marine and Sofia. The work we did with the back mitre and inversion props was incredible. Vida yoga offers the best classes and workshops in Puerto! Their new location at Casa Mandala is a gorgeous and peaceful rooftop studio with beautiful ocean views and exceptional instruction from certified yoga teachers. Do not hesitate to take any of their classes-I highly recommend them all."

"This retreat was truly a great experience. I had no idea the wealth of blessings that were in store for me in attending Corinne and Terrys retreat. Terry has an amazing gift in working with her animals and showing a level of connection that few ever get the chance to experience. Her horses are amazing beings. Gifted guides and teachers who will speak straight to your open heart. Corinne brings sunshine and fun to your yoga practice while continuing to guide you into deeper connection with your body. The experience touched my heart in ways that I cannot fully express in words. I came home forever changed. A new fire burns in my heart to create a life that fits me. "

"My recent teacher training was a beautiful experience, definitely one of the best decisions I've made in a while. Corinne does a fantastic job of providing a very personalized training with a balance of theory and practice. Corinne has experience teaching yoga to people of all different ages, physical conditions, and backgrounds brings invaluable insight to her training allowing students to learn how to design classes appropriately, making them accessible to anyone interested in yoga. Her unique approach to blending horseback riding with yoga is a blast as well. I highly recommend her yoga classes, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings to anyone interested in the benefits that yoga can bring to their daily life, or those seeking to delve deeper into their practice and learn how to share it with others. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to learn from Corinne, whose dedication to sharing yoga is inspiring. To top it off, her mountain-top studio is stunning with views of the surrounding peaks and Costa Rica's central valley. "

"Corinne is a great yoga and horse instructor. She has a very unique ability to connect with horses and to find the spirituality in a space shared by both humans and horses. Having almost zero experience with horses, by listening and observing her actions, she made me feel comfortable enough to surrender and feel safe. She is a genuine person which makes practicing yoga with her a very fun experience. She offered a good mix of techniques on connecting with what was going on in our bodies and what was going on in our hearts and soul."

I really loved the company, which was truly international, and also the yoga lessons by Corinne were amazing. I am already looking forward to the next retreat. "

"I am so glad I finally got in touch with Corinne to begin sessions on Restorative yoga. I appreciate Corinne's careful study of my body aches, issues, injuries, and how she chose stretches and poses that had me moving without injuring myself further, and didn't caused me pain. She listened carefully, explained in good detail, corrected me, encouraged me, and keeps me moving. To add icing on the cake, her studio is in a beautiful, peaceful setting, which serves to enhance the whole process of relaxing and letting go. Oh yes, and I mustn't forget the delicious black raspberries along the path to the studio."

"Before knowing Corinne, I tried everything you can imagine to be healthy, physically, and mentally. I got an injury in my wrists, knee, and ankle. After attending regular classes with Corinne I started enjoying the peace and strength that I developed. We started private sessions to address my injuries and in less than two months I've felt the difference. I haven't felt any pain in the past weeks and my body and mind now feel stronger. Corinne really cares about you, she's always paying attention to what you need and she connects with you really well. She is charismatic, you just want to follow her around and learn as much as you can of her yoga practice. I just feel great every time I come out of a class with her."
