The yoga is based on the classical teachings by Swami Sivananda and The 5 Points of Yoga of Swami Vishnudevananda; taught in the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashrams around the world for over 50 years. Every day there will be 2 meditations, 2 yoga classes, kirtan, mantra chanting, practical workshops in all aspects of yoga, yoga philosophy, meditative nature walks, and delicious vegetarian meals based on Ayurvedic principles in a positive environment.
