Join Yoga Werkstatt in their retreat at the wonderful sunny area of La Rosa dei 4 Venti in Pluglia, Italy. Enjoy daily morning yoga practice and transform your life with a spiritual talk session in the afternoon with Dorien. Savor into delicious vegetarian cuisine all prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Simple yet very comfortable accommodation awaits you in this retreat. Breath easy as you take your yoga practice to another level in Italy!

You will stay La Rosa dei 4 Venti, nestled on a small hill in the Itria valley, is a spacious, modern retreat center plus swimming pool on a large property. All rooms have their own bathroom, shower, and toilet. They are all individually furnished in the simple yet beautiful local countryhouse style. The rooms are either part of the masseria or in the adjacent small houses called ”trulli”.
This retreat take place in Puglia, Italy.
In the morning, you will have Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga or a Mysore session with Sascha and Romana. In the afternoon, you will have spiritual talks with Dorien that will transform your life. On Friday, there will be no morning yoga session. After brunch on Friday, you will have the wonderful opportunity to see the area, drive to the sea, have dinner in one of the neighboring towns, and the like.

You can take the bus and train from the airport to reach Stimigliano train station. The landlady of In Sabina can pick you up from Stimigliano train station at a cost of 20 EUR.

Romana has taught yoga since 2005 and founded the Yogawerkstatt in 2007 together with her husband Sascha. Romana teaches Mysore, Ashtanga-led classes, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and yoga Nidra.
In her teaching, she covers the topics of yoga philosophy, ethics and theory as well as mantra, yoga techniques plus the theory of asanas. She also leads the Pre-/Postnatal Teacher Training of the Yogawerkstatt together with Tina.
When she is not in Yogawerkstatt, you will probably find her studying the yogic philosophical literature or walk her dogs Chilli and Pippa.
Christa is a former office clerk that has completed a yoga and a pre-postnatal yoga teacher training. She is also a trained Nuad masseuse.
At Yogawerkstatt, she leads Ashtanga as well as mysore classes. She teaches Asana and adjustment techniques, didactics, Pranayama, and meditation for yoga teacher training at Yogawerkstatt. She also gives Nuad massages and takes care of her cats in Vienna and of her family in the Pinzgau province.
Dorien is a “spiritual guide“ in the best sense of the word. She will help you directs your attention to your own blind spots, and shows you all the possibilities and ways which we have not seen before but can choose on your own. You will be touched by her words, and will show you how to release your own (often concealed) energy, and will inspire you intellectually.
On Friday, meals are at your own expense as it is the cook day off.
On your free time, you can visit the best beach area is around the seaside town of Taranto on the Ionic coast. Also the Adriatic is roughly at the same distance.
