Vimoksha Yoga’s 200 Hours Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is offered by a team of experienced teachers. In this Multi Style TTC, Yoga Vimoksha will teach several modules of yoga and these include Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga (dynamic flow), Yin yoga and also emphasize on therapeutic aspect of yoga, so that students who are suffering from disease can join them for their own benefits and also be able to help others. The course is comprehensively designed to give students the opportunity to explore the type of yoga that best suitstheir style. It allows students to broaden their practice and understanding by studying both Hatha & Vinyasa flow giving the student an opportunity to choose a yoga style that resonates most with their natural teaching style. You can also experience how the different practices work in harmony with your body and mind.
Yoga Vimoksha offers air-conditioned deluxe rooms at an associate property with attached bath, and television, just near the beautiful beach of Sernabatim in Goa. The rooms are single occupancy or twin sharing occupancy, which is subject to availability.
Yoga Vimoksha also offer a camping option. However, it is not available during the raining season.
1st week morning & evening asana classes focus on Hatha yoga.
2nd week morning & evening asana classes focus on Vinyasa Flow (Dynamic).
3rd week on morning class on Hatha & evening class in Yin yoga, partner yoga and yogic management of common disease like back pain, high blood pressure, diabetes.
Minimum 6 months yoga practitioner only apply for YTTC course.
Those who are really serious to do YTTC or self-practice only apply for YTTC.
YTTC is not for broken bones or serious medical issues.
YTTC is not for leisure purpose.
Reejo is a certified fitness instructor and massage therapist. He is specialized in Restorative yoga, Iyengar yoga, Laughter yoga, Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, and others. Reejo has been practicing Hatha yoga for the past five years and Ashtanga yoga for the past three years. Having a background in yoga, through practice, books, teachers, scriptures, travel, and environments, he aims to focus on the health aspects of his students. He moves towards the spiritual aspects of yoga, preserving the essence of Hatha yoga, without changing its purposes.
Yogi Neeraj Kumar has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 15 years. He has a post-graduate diploma in yogic science from Shree Jay Ram Ashram, Rishikesh. His interest lies in following the spiritual path and knowing his real self, through spiritual mythologies and studies. He traveled to major places in India teaching yoga and meditation classes. Kumar masters the art of Hatha yoga, pranayama, Thai yoga, and Therapeutic yoga. He conducts yoga, meditation courses, and retreats at Yoga Vimoksha.
Jennifer is a 200 hours registered yoga teacher that lives in the south of London. She completed the general certificate of secondary education and A levels at school and then got her bachelor degree in physiotherapy at the University of East England. Jennifer specializes in physiotherapy for neurological conditions and has post-grad qualifications in Bobath and Pilates. Jennifer Hunt now conducts guest classes at Yoga Vimoksha when she comes to Goa, India.
Sachin is from Rishikesh (Capital of yog). Feeling inspired by the positive vibes of the Himalayas, he began his yoga practice. He continued to learn and has strengthened his practice under different Yoga Gurus. He completed his P.G. Diploma in yogic science. Also, pursued his Master’s in Yogic Science. He is a multi-style yoga teacher who has great approach towards his teachings He specializes in asana alignment. Meditation/pranayama, mantra chanting, shatkarma asana classes (Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, & yogic anatomy)
On completing his B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education), he started learning and exploring different yoga techniques and the different types of yoga meditation like transcendental meditation, guided meditation, Chakra meditation, yoga Nidra, and others. Arbind successfully completed his P.G. Diploma in Yoga Therapy from the Government College of Yoga Education & Health, Chandigarh. He has specialized in Cultural yoga style, Hatha yoga ‘a system of physical exercises and breathing control used in yoga’. Current Hatha yoga types are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Power yoga.
