Program

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. The purpose of this 200-hour Kundalini Tantra yoga course is to activate your Kundalini energy or shakti which is a spiritual energy that's located at the base of your spine.

This program is designed to help you awaken the dormant energy of Kundalini within you and experience the divine union of Shiva and Shakti. Kundalini Tantra yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that combines traditional Hatha yoga, Tantra, and Shaktipat to help you access your innermost potential and realize your true nature.

The 200-hour Kundalini Tantra yoga course makes your Kundalini energy rise and helps balance the seven energy centers (chakras) in your body and contributes to your spiritual wellness.

With regular practice, Kundalini yoga is said to lead to spiritual enlightenment. As Kundalini yoga awakens spiritual energy, this 200-hour Kundalini Tantra yoga course is supposed to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego.

After purification, it will be easy to awaken the Kundalini. Also, one can open or balance the chakras. If someone finds difficulty in this spiritual practice, they will find a booster dose of energy transfer by Swami Rudrakshdev as Shaktipat.

Thus, this course makes good Kundalini yoga teachers and students can feel the real experience of Kundalini awakened by Shaktipat.

Shaktipat is a powerful transmission of spiritual energy from a teacher to a student, which activates the dormant energy of Kundalini and opens up the chakras. This transmission helps you to awaken your inner power, connect with the divine consciousness, and experience a profound shift in your consciousness.

In the program, you will learn various techniques and practices of Kundalini Tantra yoga, including asanas, pranayama, mantra chanting, meditation, and Shaktipat. You will also receive personal guidance and support from experienced and certified yoga teachers who have deep knowledge of Kundalini Yoga and Shaktipat.

This special program is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice, connect with like-minded individuals, and experience the beauty and spirituality of Rishikesh without worrying about accommodation and food expenses.

Retreat location

Yoga Village Rishikesh is located in a serene and natural setting in Rishikesh, India, which is known as the spiritual capital of the world. The location is perfect for deepening your practice and experiencing the transformative power of Kundalini Tantra yoga.

Rishikesh is a well-known place for yoga and meditation in India. It is also believed to be the yoga capital of the world. Since ancient times, so many yogis, sages, and seers had practiced yoga and meditation here; in the forest of the Himalayas and on the bank of the holy river Ganga.

Maharishi Patanjali had a deep practice of yoga, the grammar of Sanskrit language as well as research on herbal medicines in the forest of Rishikesh nearly 2600 years ago.

At that time, he was the first man in the world who had written a book, especially on yoga, and that was "Yoga Sutra". He also wrote another book "Ayurveda and Vyakaran".

It’s a very interesting thing that after 2600 years, of knowing about the benefits of yoga on humankind, the world is accepting the Patanjali Yoga Sutras as a strong tool of yoga practice and following it.

Nowadays, Rishikesh is famous for yoga schools, yoga ashrams, and studios as well as for tourism. So many people come here from around the world throughout the year for yoga and meditation, Ganga River rafting, camping, trekking, bungee jumping, rock climbing, and jungle safari in the Rajaji National Park.
