This retreat will take place in Blue Spirit resort, Playa Guiones, Costa Rica. It is located in one of the world's five blue zones. According to author Dan Buettner, a blue zone is a concept used to identify a geographic area of the world where more people live to be centenarians (past 100 years) than elsewhere, and reported to show the highest levels of well-being. While visiting Blue Spirit, you will feel the resonance of a vibrant, inspiring, and healing energy because of the rich subtropical environment, and the cultural lifestyle.
The fourth annual world-class yoga retreat brings you to lush, tropical Costa Rica with two invigorating yoga practices daily, and all the peace and quiet you need to absorb all of the vibrant healing energy of the rich destination around you.
Honour the soul, step back from the busyness of your life, and embrace the idea that getting out of your head and back into your heart is exactly what you need. On this yoga retreat, every class will have a different focus, exploring the body’s natural range of motion and postures that may be entirely new to you. The yoga instructors will incorporate meditation, pranayama, and will make sure to invigorate each part of the body to leave you feeling both energized and calm each day.
Every time you step on your mat, your practice will feel and be different, respecting the natural ebb and flow of the body, exploring yoga both on and off the mat. This will be your opportunity to invigorate the body and cultivate calmness, energy, and truth.

"I joined for a month and just signed up for auto-renew. I am hooked. After doing yoga at a gym for a while, I decided to try a studio. I am honestly surprised by how different the experience is! My gym has a few excellent teachers that I love and follow like a groupie. The quality of instruction at Yogatown is really high, and really consistent, which I appreciate. I no longer have to pick and choose what classes I attend based on the teacher. All of their classes are fantastic. Highly, highly recommended."
