In this program you will get a chance to combine yoga practice, meditation, and sailing retreat to refresh and rejuvenate your body and soul. Daily, powerful Ashtanga yoga and strengthening Pilates will be taught by Melisa from Yoga To Go. One week of dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practice is an incredible opportunity to refine your existing practice, or if you are new to Yoga, what a great way to get started. And with the background of the stunning Mediterranean sea, and inspiring, energizing yet memorable yoga practice is guaranteed.
