Growing up in tiny Belgium, Gertrud always pursued the philosophy of “Healthy Mind in Healthy Body”. She finished her PhD in Pharmacy in Berlin and started focusing on whichever projects are aligned with her morals and passions: next to her freelance career as a medical writer, she is involved in herbal medicine, fashion design, R&D of anatural cosmetic creams and… YOGA. She attained her RYA200 in India and her RYA500 teacher certificate in Bali and teaches a mixture of Vinyasa Power & Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga. Currently, she is training in the movement the movement arts of Budokon.
Born in Australia with a Dutch mother and a French dad, Annelise grew up as an earth citizen. She is a devoted yoga practitioner since she discovered it at 18. After her art studies in Le Louvre in 1994, she worked as a flight attendant for 20 years. In 2007, attracted by a spiritual way of life, she decided to settle in Bali. She discovered Vipassana (silent meditation) and started naturopathy studies, her true calling. In naturopathy, she found all is linked, body, mind, and spirit. To be conscious how to optimally nurture your body and emotions is key for a blooming conscious life.
Michael is a former United States Marine Corps Officer and Martial Arts instructor from eastern Pennsylvania, USA. His military training, combined with his love of food and cooking, has fueled Michael's passion for teaching both nutrition and fitness as well as self-defense. Since moving to Bali, he works as a health and nutrition coach, providing personalized diet and workout plans to clients based on their lifestyle and needs. His website LiberateBreakfast.com is dedicated to debunking nutrition myths perpetuated by the sugar industry, with a focus on intermittent fasting and clean eating.
Yoga teacher & Ayurvedic Therapist, Nature lover, passionate for travelling, loves all the living beings - She has a degree in Economics but somewhere down the line decided to swap the numbers for a more holistic way of life. It all started with a regular practice of Yoga that led her to take the training and improvement course in Yoga Nataraja in 2012. In 2014, she spent 4 months in India where she graduated as an Ayurvedic Therapist and Ayurveda Consultant at Shivani Clinic. In 2016, she traveled to Bali for 3 months where she completed a 500 hours yoga training certified by the Yoga Allianc

Alles! Wahnsinnige Vielfalt der Angebote (Yoga, Pilates, Hula Hoop, Naturkosmetik...). Wunderbare & authentische Lehrer für Yoga, Pilates, Workout, etc. die super erklärten, anleiteten etc. auch wenn man es zum ersten Mal machte. Man wurde komplett umsorgt worden. Für freie Zeit zwischendrin wurde ebenso angeboten an den Strand, in die Stadt o.ä. zu fahren. Man hatte immer die Freiheit zu entscheiden.
