"Grateful to the school for my physical & spiritual growth."

I felt very happy and peaceful as soon as I entered into the ashram. As the ashram is big and outside the city in a peaceful and green environment. All the teachers are experienced and supportive. Girish, anatomy teacher explained anatomy in a simple and effective way. Hari is a wonderful teacher who helped us to get rid of our emotional blockages. Vishal is very experienced teacher who taught hatha yoga and alignment. I liked the food served here, it's fresh, satvik and well balanced. Rooms were also fresh, airy and spacious. Kitchen staff, cleaning staff were very helpful. They were always ready to assist us. I felt the importance of the peacefulness of the ashram a lot when I went to the rishikesh city on day off. The city was very crowded with lots of traffic. I developed a strong bond other participants and teachers gradually. It was like an another family for me. We also celebrated birthday of a participant and sang, danced, enjoyed a lot.

Overall I enjoyed a lot being here in the school. Once again I am very grateful to the teachers and staff of the school. I will highly recommend this school for physical and spiritual growth. Thank you .

"Amazing life changing experience "

The school is surrounded by open area with lots of trees. Indian food and herbal tea is amazing.

All the teachers are experienced and supportive.

Stress management kriyas helped me a lot to have a command over my own emotions.
