The villa is a spacious and secluded luxury yoga retreat venue in Spain for up to 12 people with extensive grounds, a 50-square-meter yoga studio, 50-square-meter outdoor yoga platform, massage room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

The villa is a high-quality accommodation. It has seven bedroom suites, five en-suite, and two with a shared bathroom, with a maximum capacity of 12 people.

About the course

The teacher training program enables you to dive deeper into your Yin qualities like stillness, receptivity, openness, surrendering, relaxation, acceptance, and finding balance in a mainly Yang style world. Yin yoga helps you to find a meditative state, stillness, peacefulness, and balance and often promotes healing inside yourself. The training will amplify both your knowledge about and your practice of yoga, supplementing the unfolding of your spiritual path. The training is a combination of both theory and practice.

The secret of Yin Yoga is more about being and letting go than doing

You will be nourished by two daily yoga practices, meditations, pranayama, and the amazing energy of the unspoiled nature and surroundings. Private chefs will prepare three super healthy meals a day—delicious vegetarian, Mediterranean, and Asian-influenced meals. You will be guided by professional and skilled yoga teachers who love to share their knowledge and passion for yoga with you. After the week, you will leave feeling recharged, empowered, balanced, and confident in your teaching.

On Tuesday, there will be an additional evening session from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. On Wednesday, you will have a half-day program only and then free time after lunch. The 60-hour Yin yoga course is held over one week from Saturday to Saturday. Those days are arrival and departure days without any teaching program. The course starts on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. with a welcome meeting followed by dinner. It finishes the following Saturday after breakfast at 11:00 a.m.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Gibraltar International Airport (North Front Airport) (GIB), Málaga Airport (AGP), or Seville Airport (SVQ). Airport transfer is not included in the price. Renting a car at the airport is the easiest and cheapest way to get to the venue, starting from 70 EUR per week.
