Accommodation
Accommodation is in en-suite double and twin rooms next door to the studio. Budget beach huts are an option if you want to keep costs even lower. Alternatively, accommodation in nearby hotels with swimming pools can be arranged. These hotels are also on the beach and only a few minutes walk from the studio. For yoga, the main practice room is on the ground floor of the house, facing the sea. It holds up to 10 people comfortably and is fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, belts, etc. and wall ropes are fitted. The room has air wonderful natural light and adjustable relaxing lighting effects. There is a sound system for when music is required.
Program
Your yoga program would consist of two hours of yoga asana practice in the morning and then an additional more restorative class in the early evening. Pranayama and meditation sessions are also included.

More than 25 years of teaching yoga experience in the UK. Owner of Yoga Studio Nuweiba in Egypt. Qualified and trained in Hatha yoga, Karuna, and Iyengar. She also loves Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Chi Gong, dance, meditation, Ayurveda, and life. Qualified massage therapist with extensive training in both eastern and western styles of bodywork and treatments.
Retreat location
Yoga Studio Nuweiba welcomes you to a wonderful yoga experience and a relaxing holiday right next to the shore of the Gulf of Aqaba. It is situated on Fayrouz Beach in a quiet area in Nuweiba with the mountains of South Sinai and the peace and stillness of the desert at your back. The yoga studio sits on a beach area called the dunes, between the port and the town. Along this long, quiet strip of golden sands and turquoise sea there are coral reefs for diving and snorkeling, several beach camps and some medium to small hotels.

Food generally consists of simple meals of fresh vegetables, salads and fresh fish. The Studio also caters to guests who require special diets including vegetarian, wheat and dairy free, etc. and also offer a great menu of authentic Egyptian dishes.

Things to do (optional)
The Studio will help you to arrange diving sessions, jeep or camel safari to the desert and mountains, trekking, visit to the local organic farm, outings to local places of interest such as St Catherines Monastery, Nuweiba Castle and visits to local restaurants in the evenings should you wish to eat out. Along with extra yoga sessions, meals and relaxing massages, facials, and treatments, these other activities are charged separately and paid directly to the provider.
Spa treatments
The Studio has its own dedicated Green Room where you can have relaxing massages and facials, such as aromatherapy massage, hot stones, Thai massage, uplifting facials, face the world facial, foot massage, Indian head and shoulder massage, and Reiki treatments.

Arrival by airplane
Transfers from and to Sharm El Sheik Airport are available on request. The transfer from the airport is 60 GBP (up to 3 people in the car). The journey will take around 1 hour and 45 minutes and can be at any time day or night. You can travel to Nuweiba by bus, I'll collect you at the bus station but this option is probably more suitable for the return journey.
Arrival by bus
Transport by local bus is also available but the service is limited and often subject to change of times. Buses are operated by East Delta Coaches. These basic and cheap buses travel to and from Cairo, Sharm El Sheik, Dahab, Taba. 'Go Bus' is a more comfortable option than the East Delta ones from Cairo and can be booked online.

You can also fly to Elat, Israel, take a bus to the border crossing and a car will meet you on the Egyptian side for 35 GBP.
