"Everything you need "

"Inspiring and rejuvenating"

Alison is a warm and inspiring teacher, imparting her knowledge with generosity, and her passion for yoga, and life, with clarity and in an accessible way to include all levels. She ensured all guests were at ease from the moment we arrived and felt part of a mutually supportive group whether new or a returning guest. She is fun and down to earth, and really committed to making sure we have the best time.

The venue is perfect in its simplicity and beauty, its hosts welcoming and accommodating, and we had the most delicious food. The beach is within a few minutes walking distance, perfectly placed for a sunrise swim or night time skinny dipping.

I have learnt to so much about yoga and myself, and feel rejuvenated.

"Everything I hoped for (and more!)"

The Yoga retreat experience with Ali was everything I'd hoped for and more. I was seeking solace & space to realign & regain my balance after a pretty awful year. The retreat experience was a joyful & enlightening one. I travelled alone and made new friends, enjoyed excellent home cooked food, basked in idyllic surroundings and learned more about yoga practice & philosophy in that week than in the last 20 odd years! We had a couple of really fun nights out and did a lot together as a group but there was still plenty of time to do your own thing. The resort of Bouka/Tsilivi is very pleasant indeed with tavernas, bars and plenty of shopping and (quite importantly to a lone traveller) it feels "safe". I'll be returning next year! Many thanks, Ali, from a very happy Yoga bunny.
