You will be staying at the accommodation of Yoga Skyros Academy. The student rooms are well furnished and every room is well-equipped with shared bathrooms - shower, bathtub, and toilet. It is important that you do not bring too much clothing since washing machines are available for a small fee of 10 EUR.
Students will be accommodated in a shared double bed room. Single rooms are available upon request (at an additional cost).

Certifications
Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance (YA). Registration with Yoga Alliance (YA) provides a globally recognized credential.
This program is sponsored and included in the syllabus for earning credit hours with the Yoga Alliance Certification. So you will receive 42 Credit Hours. These hours will be added to the experienced teachers hours required, plus will give the edge to an experienced teacher who wants to become a master. Therefore these “Golden Class” sequences are the most known for those teachers.
Overview
This accreditation workshop is to upgrade you to a new level of yoga understanding and will enable you to talk and teach the theory with authority. It will be a further starting block to become a master and be able to certify other teachers by adding the required hours of teaching specialties.
This program is designed to not only shed more light, but also to teach you how to give, explain, and understand the "Golden Class" concept. Each class will have a maximum of 10 students and this will give you the privilege to be closer to your master and to understand not only a commercial approach of yoga, but also the essence and transformation of the powerful yoga science.

- Learn in-depth mechanical movement of the upper, middle, and lower body
- Learn the proper functioning of muscle and skeleton structure
- Learn how to design a class with the particularities of the above learned
- Learn the muscle function and how they enter with the motion into an asana
- Learn the consequential effects of the body and mind once you have understood and incorporated this knowledge

- Learn about alignment and assisting with the teaching received on this knowledge about opening
- Learn to apply yoga for specific ailments such as back pain, anti-aging, sleeping disorder, weight loss, depression, menopause or hormone balancing, and arthritis which is the specialty of Yoga Skyros Academy

Dietmar Hellmann, Lead Teacher for the 200 RYT Yoga Therapy Yoga Teacher Training. Together with his Wife, Lead Teacher for 200/500 RYT Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, forming the Yoga Skyros Academy – The Temple of Hatha Yoga. During the last 9 Years worked in the Holistic Field. Registered Dr. Bach Practioner with the Dr. Bach Foundation in the UK. Diplom Kinesiologist and Massage Therapist. With this 200 RYT Yoga Therapy Teacher Training, they want to give to the doctors additional support to heal their patients.
Carmen Hellmann
The experienced and qualified yoga master (800 RYT), Radha Ji, trained in Asia and India, promises you fun and pleasure in the discovery of yoga. She will teach you yoga novices or experienced yogi, Hatha yoga, the mother of all yoga, and how to use yoga in the daily life of stress and tension.
Retreat location
As of 22 October 2022, Yoga Skyros is happy to inform that they moved to 16674 Glyfada, 113 Agisilaou, which is placed between the sea and the mountain - 2.5 kilometers to the sea and 0.5 kilometers to the Mountain Illias.
Glyfada is the South Part of Athens and is easy to find and easy to get into Athens as well. It is the Greek Riviera with high class walking and shopping, restaurant of all cuisines. Within 300 meters, there are supermarkets and coffee shops all necessary to spend your time between studying yoga and enjoying the Greek lifestyle.
The Temple of Hatha Yoga remains the same with a beautiful yoga room with wooden floors and balconies all around. The rooftop will host external yoga classes with a view of the sea.
Theodora Papadaki “Thera Design Studio” took care of the decoration. Theodora comes from Santorini with her fresh Ideas and beautiful Greek smile.
