A very classic, simple, open environment. The teacher Annie led a great, solid sequence. Challenging, but accessible. Nice balance of breath and body movement. Intense, but calming at the same time. It felt like an Anusara sequence which I've done, just not a lot, and do like. They seemed to have a solid community of students that enjoyed talking to one another before and after class. So often you don't see any communication in yoga studios. The teachers and staff were also really friendly and approachable. I have to say if I lived there I would join. When I travel back, I will definitely stop by again!

Yin yoga is something I like but don't love. It is very hard for me to be still, but I get the benefits of it, and it is relaxing. The class and teacher were very good. Vinyasa, I love. So much. This was a great, sweat-inducing class. Easier to be still and rest if I've had a great workout first!

The atmosphere and teachers here are so welcoming and loving. A very relaxing and safe environment for a beginner like me to improve my practice. Even the other class members are always super friendly and helpful.
