I have practiced Hatha yoga for about 8 years. i started yoga to bring some peace, quiet and balance back into my daily life, as i progressed in my yoga i decided to take a teacher training course to learn more about yoga. On my journey i have learned let go of what does not serve me. Yoga helps me to keep a balanced lifestyle and keeps me vital and fit helps me remind myself that I am more than what I do and what I have done and I should share what i know with others The more I discover the teachings of yoga the more I understand the journey of self discovery the more I wish to share.
