Yog Sadhna India offers accommodation on twin sharing basis in a clean comfortable room in serene ashram like environment. Your room will have a twin bed or queen bed, A chair, and a table. A clean bathroom, hot water. It is simple, yet all the comforts are given in the accommodation. Detailed information can be provided by contacting Yoga Sadhna India upon booking. We have several different accommodation to suit the size of a group. All are equally pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are airy and with natural light. Clean linens are provided. You bring your own towel or purchase here at a small cost. If room and space permitting, often one gets the room by themselves. But it is not promised. You may request an individual room and reserve it at a small extra cost.

Master Kapil, a yogi, born and brought up in in the foothills of Himalayas, has been pursuing yoga since childhood and teaching yoga for the last six years. His students come to learn from him from different countries. His teaching connects the traditional yoga with modern lifestyles, which he transitions smoothly and he masters the Hatha yoga style. Additionally, his emphasis on meditation with mind body psychology brings students following from across globe. He speaks from his heart and one has to listen to him to be inspired with his teachings.

Home-cooked pure vegetarian fresh food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served and included in this retreat. Two times a day, tea will also be provided. Yog Sadhna India will try their best to accommodate your food limitations, which you must specify prior to booking. At times it may not be possible for them to comply with each and every request.
Rishikesh, which is scenically located, where the Ganges River comes down from the Himalayas. Rishikesh is in close proximity to Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport (DED) which is a small, quiet and recently renovated airport 15 kilometers away from Rishikesh.
From Delhi this city is about 230 kilometers away and is well connected with buses. A bus journey may take about 5 to 7 hours depending on the traffic and costs you about 330 to 730 INR. Taxi can also be arranged at a price of approximately 100 USD.
