Rejuvenate, align, and awaken your chakras at Yog Sadhna India's meditation and pranayama retreats which are organized in beautiful locations. On white river sands, where balmy breeze heal you. The retreats follow a schedule: You'll rise at 6:00 a.m., meditate, do pranayama and learn till 6:00 p.m. Evenings are for chanting with tea time. Do little bit of Hatha yoga to loosen your joints and add flexibility. Delicious Ayurvedic-inspired vegetarian meals nourish and sustain you. Dinner is at 7:00 p.m. ending the day with mantra chanting and satsang.
