Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Hatha Yoga)
Master Kapil, a yogi, born and brought up in in the foothills of Himalayas, has been pursuing yoga since childhood and teaching yoga for the last six years. His students come to learn from him from different countries. His teaching connects the traditional yoga with modern lifestyles, which he transitions smoothly and he masters the Hatha yoga style. Additionally, his emphasis on meditation with mind body psychology brings students following from across globe. He speaks from his heart and one has to listen to him to be inspired with his teachings.
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga)
Acharya Mohais is an ERYT 200, Hatha yoga, and meditation teacher. He is also a qualified and competent yoga trainer practicing Hatha Ashtanga yoga and has been successfully teaching in this field locally and internationally. He started yoga at the age of 15 and is regularly participating in a number of seminars and yoga festivals conducted all over the world. His deep understanding on body alignments and asana helps him a lot to give a basic comprehension of the human body. You will find his classes to show excellence, professionalism, and competence in the yoga field.
This retreat will take place in Rishikesh, close to the Ganges River and the Lakshman Jhoola Bridge. Rishikesh is a city surrounded by the mountain that is the beginning of the foothills of Himalayas, on the holy banks of the river Ganges. This city is also known as world capital of yoga. There is no better place to practice yoga than in Rishikesh. It has the biggest number of yoga ashrams and yoga courses in the world. Thus, no wonder people all over the world come to have yoga retreats in Rishikesh ashrams. In addition, it offers several other activities such as white water rafting, mountain trekking, Ganges Aarti, and many more.
Home-cooked pure sattvic, vegetarian fresh food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served and included in this retreat. Two times a day, tea will also be provided. Please book your flight to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED) in Rishikesh. This is a small, quiet, and recently renovated airport 15 kilometers away from Rishikesh.
From Delhi, this city is about 230 kilometers away and is well connected with buses. A bus journey may take about five to seven hours depending on the traffic and costs you about 330 to 730 INR.
