Sadhna has been teaching yoga for the last six years and has been practicing yogic psychotherapy for over 20 years. She is a licensed psychotherapist and a certified Yoga Alliance USA yoga teacher. She has dedicated her life educating and imparting lifestyle changes to thousands of her clients in the East and West through supportive, non-judgmental ways of utilizing holistic and integrative approach of the mind, body, and heart.
Rishikesh, India, will be your home during this retreat. Rishikesh is a city surrounded by the mountains, at the beginning of Himalayas foothills, along the holy banks of Ganges river. Rishikesh is in close proximity of Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport (DED), which is a small, quiet and recently renovated airport, 15 kilometers away from Rishikesh. This city is known as world capital of yoga. It has the biggest number of yoga ashrams and yoga courses in the world, and serious students wanting to learn yoga and Ayurveda, assist there from across the globe.
Guests will be provided with fresh and healthy meals 3 times per day, as well as 2 chai coffees.
From Delhi, Rishikesh is about 230 kilometers away and its well connected with buses. A bus journey may take from 5 to 7 hours - depending on the traffic - and it costs about 330 to 730 INR. Taxi can also be arranged at a price of approximately 100 USD.
