Single rooms are also available, though in limited number. They can be requested at a marginally higher cost. The venue is close to the market-place to help you take care of your daily essentials.

This program specializes in combining different styles of yoga into one training. In the 200-hour yoga teacher training course, you will cover thorough study of primary series of the Ashtanga yoga. The classes are taught in accordance with the tradition developed by pioneer yogis hailing from Mysore, India. This teaches you different breaths such as ujjai breath and also bandhas (energy locks). These asanas help in the enhancement of concentration, flexibility, and the muscular strength. The teachers make the student learn the postures perfectly using the series of backbends, forward folding poses, and inversions.
During this yoga teacher training you will also learn all the asanas involved in Hatha yoga, from simple to advanced ones. The Hatha classes will allow you to gently loose the stiff joints and sooth the aching muscles while calming the mind. Master Kapil, a yogi, born and brought up in in the foothills of Himalayas, has been pursuing yoga since childhood and teaching yoga for the last six years. His students come to learn from him from different countries. His teaching connects the traditional yoga with modern lifestyles, which he transitions smoothly and he masters the Hatha yoga style. Additionally, his emphasis on meditation with mind body psychology brings students following from across globe. He speaks from his heart and one has to listen to him to be inspired with his teachings.
Acharya Mohais is an ERYT 200, Hatha yoga, and meditation teacher. He is also a qualified and competent yoga trainer practicing Hatha Ashtanga yoga and has been successfully teaching in this field locally and internationally. He started yoga at the age of 15 and is regularly participating in a number of seminars and yoga festivals conducted all over the world. His deep understanding on body alignments and asana helps him a lot to give a basic comprehension of the human body. From Delhi you can fly to Rishikesh with a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport (DED).
From Delhi you can fly to Mukteshwar with a domestic flight to Pantnagar Airport (PGH).
From Delhi to Rishikesh you may book a taxi that will get you to the ashram in six to eight hours.
From both Jolly Grant Airport (DED) and Pantnagar Airport (PGH) you will have to take a taxi to the ashram.
