"Experience of a lifetime..."

I completed the 200hour Ytc and the experience with Yoga Sadhna was incredible. The teaching approach is very traditional ensuring that you know and understand the true meaning and yoga philosophy not simply an approach to exercise. The schedule was demanding, the food, location and staff were all wonderful, not to mention the other students who were all awesome individuals who became great friends.

Teaching: Delivered very well with Patience and very professional Teachers who have a great deal of experience and knowledge to their subject.

Stay: The sheet and towels could have been changed more and toilet paper easier to obtain,

Food: The food was fine and good to eat organic local produce. The only complaint is the breakfast could be more uncooked. Less sugar in tea. We loved Sadhna ji’s fresh fruit juices .

Other: It is a bit confusing what is expected in the exam. It shows a lot of effort goes into teaching a small group and all things consider the do an amazing well. Thank you.

Teaching: The teaching has been a very high standard, explaining and answering any question asked. I found it difficult at times to keep track of the many subjects as there is a lot to take over a short period of time. A supportive and encouraging atmosphere helped.

Stay: The days are broken up well to give you time to achieve all you had to do. I would have liked more frequent change of bed sheets. It is a basic yet very comfortable. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Food: Most of food was enjoyable and filling. Sugar could be less. I would have hoped to loose more weight.

Other: A very enjoyable and transformative time. A lovely environment away from normal day to day stress. Physically demanding and mentally stimulating. I feel confident that I will continue on from the flexibility and strength gained over this month. The trips were wonderful taste of local culture and very enjoyable. I would recommend this to other people. I have had an amazing time and grateful to have found Yoga Sadhna India school.

Teaching: Good teaching with great energy. They do their best according with each students level. They motivate the students and pay good attention. They are available and happy to show you and teach you on special request as well. Sadhna is my source of inspiration for her skills and experiences she likes sharing.

Stay: The location of this school is very good surrounded by nature and Greenery away from the traffic jams but reasonable walking distance from the shops. Very nice and large bedroom with AC- Comfortable. Very nice and pleasant staff.

Food: Delicious Organic vegetarian meals.

Other: The small group of students is a benefit. I like that this school is run by a woman. She has such beautiful energy and good heart that you feel a part of a family and you want to come back. There are activities to the town, temple, and ceremonies, yoga on the beach ….. I also love the special skill that Sadhna has . She has a scanner in her eyes and notices the transformation in every one.

Teaching: Teachers taught gradually and encourages practicing but sometimes helping students stretch too much. I had to stop. Anatomy is very interesting; it helps us to understand Asana and Muscles. The overall course helped me concentrate on myself and meditate.

The staff is good and helpful.

Food: Food was delicious and variety I liked desert much.

Other: If Anatomy and Asana put together, it may help student understand body more easily.
