"Attending Jo's Yoga Teacher Training course was one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. Deeply compassionate and encouraging, Jo navigated us through a year of self discovery at all levels: physically, emotionally and spiritually. As an over 60 student I felt I may have taken on a hard task indeed, however, I soon found myself immersed in the challenge and eagerly looked forward to each weekend of learning and stretching my mind, body and soul. Since then, I still attend Jo's classes and love catching up with her and her yoga community. With much gratitude. Namaste."
