Anais is a Hatha yoga teacher with years of experience as a gymnast and a dancer. Having trained in Mysore, India, her style is heavily influenced by Ashtanga yoga. Anais’s ever-growing interest in meditation began after her training in Vipassana, which has led her to include meditation in all her sessions. Her classes aim to include everyone, they help you increase your flexibility and strength, whilst creating a space of quiet contemplation. Anais is an Essential Oils fan and includes the use of oils as an optional tool in all her classes.
