Aurelie, a French citizen started her career in the hotel industry after graduating from Vatel International Hotel School in Lyon. She held several positions from sales, to hotel opening in Draguignan in the south of France, and finally as a general manager in Lyon, Bordeaux.
When she turned 30, her desire to discover the world took her to the beautiful island of Bali to manage a huge resort. There, she discovered the spa world and started her new career as director of operations of a prestigious worldwide operator, supervising 25 spas around Indonesia, Malaysia, and Maldives.
In 2005, Aurelie Denoueix, had the opportunity to create her own spa brand Asea. She operated spas in holiday resorts in Turkey and Egypt for more than 10 years and also acted as spa consultant for different hotels.
In 2010, during a journey in India she discovered Ayurvedic medicine and wished to be back in Asia.
She followed the Ayurvedic training in the famous Ananda Spa Institute in Hydrabad India and graduated as Ayurvedic consultant. It was then she decided to share vision and experience of wellness with others. She choose Myanmar formerly Burma, a surprising country with an ancestral way of life, to set up the yoga retreats Myanmar.
Yaisa, born in The Netherlands from an Indo-Chinese ethnic background, discovered yoga in 2007 when she was working as a banker in Singapore and wandered into a gym looking for a good work out.
The grace and lightness of her first Vinyasa yoga teacher have had a deep impact on Yaisa and her yoga journey. After practicing various yoga styles, she discovered Ashtanga yoga in 2010. The focus, discipline and physical intensity of the Mysore practice were exactly what she was looking for back then.
Since then, she has been to workshops and has studied under the guidance of great authorized and certified Ashtanga teachers, such as Prem and Radha (Bali, Indonesia), Regina Ehlers (Goa, India), Petri Räisänen (Purple Valley, Goa, India) and Mark Robberds (Samudra, Dunsborough, Western Australia).
Always interested in broadening her horizons, Yaisa continues to study other yoga styles too. In January 2014, she completed a 200 hour, multi-style yoga teacher training course in Goa, which included Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha and Sivananda yoga, as well as Philosophy and Ayurveda classes.
She has long since left the corporate world and has been working as a scuba diving instructor and a yoga teacher, travelling around the world for several years. Since September 2015, she is based in South Australia where she has chosen to devote herself to promoting yoga and a healthy lifestyle.
Soon graduating as a Health Coach from the renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition®, her ambition is to share her experience about how to integrate yoga and healthy habits in today’s modern and fast-paced lifestyle.
This retreat will take place in Ngapali Beach, Myanmar. This consultation consists of: defining your Dosha, advising an adequate diet, proposing an exercise routine, suggesting methods to pacify the Dosha
Adopting Ayurvedic principles is adopting a new life style beneficial for a body and mind. One consultation has a duration of 60 minutes and can be booked at an extra cost of 42 USD, VAT included.
You have included in the price also one Balinese massage of 50 minutes from toe to head using five ancestral Balinese massage techniques. It is a deep relaxation massage for a moment of pure well-being.
