"This trip has been life changing for me, my perspective on life, human beings, goals, limiting beliefs, focus, intimacy, acquiring wealth and possessions, patience, moving slow and steady, love of self and love of others has changed. The quickest way to quiet the mind and tap into the vast powerful reservoir that we all have, is through meditation and yoga. It really gets us into a good feeling place, which is where you want to be, if it's your desire to manifest the life of your dreams.I went with many expectations; I returned with unexpected love, peace and joy within..." website, edited

"What a different experience! Bhutan was like walking in a time warp, amazing! Wonderful to meet fellow adventurers, hiking was difficult but not so difficult it couldn't be done by the average ability fitness person. Yoga of course essential to stretch out those tired muscles and relax." website, edited

"My experience with Yoga Retreats Middle East was incredible. Prior to booking the trip, I frequently emailed Livia with questions and she responded immediately and gave helpful information and guidance, even when I was asking a ton of questions!Catherine our leader was so warm, welcoming, and shaped our trip into exactly what I wanted. Not only was Swaswara resort absolutely beautiful, there were so many opportunities to learn about yoga, meditation, detoxing, healthy cuisine, and ayurveda. As a person who is obsessed with yoga, it was my cup of tea and exactly what I was looking for. The best part of our trip was connecting with like-minded inspiring women that I would have never met without taking this trip and now know we will be great friends. The only thing I would have changed is staying for longer period of time!" website, edited

"The 5* yacht was superb with excellent service from the crew and delicious food every day. We had a lovely double room with a spacious bathroom and a proper shower! The style of yoga varied which was perfect for me as I like all styles. I particularly enjoyed the mix with Tai Chi. On our last night we ended up in the karaoke room which was a lot of fun! We couldnt dive the first day due to the rough sea but we dived the 2nd and 3rd day, and relaxed on the last day with some snorkeling and fishing. It was an amazing trip with some lovely people and the only problem was that it was too short!" website, edited

"Highly recommended as Yoga Retreats Middle East - Livia the founder has always attracted like minded people to her yoga retreats. Good group of people with couples, singles and mother daughter teams! What is great is that itinerary was flexible such that the holiday catered to what each of us wanted in the holiday and not compulsory to follow a strict routine.Dhaainkanbaan staff were very accommodating and would go all out to cater to our request. We were like the glamorous and luxurious version of the Survivor crew - in a cool and adventurous way off to exotic paradise doing yoga, sun, kayak, sleep, mediate on sand bank, snorkel, dive, fish, coconut tree climbing - everyone had time together as well as alone! My most memorable was definitely the Maadhoo Picnic island Lunch under coconut trees, the candlelit hut for our BBQ dinner hidden in middle of the island and the Body balance yoga on the island!" website, edited

"This retreat [2 Days Weekend Yoga Retreat and Trekking in Dibba, Oman] was a complete disappointment. The group set out at 11 a.m. under the scorching desert sun and in 36 degree Celsius heat for a trek on steep, rocky, and slippery desert terrain. By the time we arrived to the site of the rock climb, I was exhausted and sun-stroked.The organization was extremely negligent. For example, we were not told to bring hats, sunglasses, or knee pads - items that are absolutely essential for such a trek. Nor were we told in advance that we would be walking during the noon hours, which are very difficult in the desert, and which require an advanced level of fitness. The lunch provided was unpleasant, consisting of mayonnaise and sandwich fillings on white bread and a handful of nuts. We remained at the rock climbing site for another 2-3 hours, and it was swarming with large and unpleasant insects - literally hundreds of them. I was stung by a wasp and bitten several times on my legs. The only good part was the rock climbing activity itself, which I completed. The terrain on the way back was again steep, rocky, and slippery. I fell over sustaining bruises and scrapes. My leg had to be bandaged with a white bandage as it was bleeding. The main help at this point came from a fellow traveller - who held my hand for the rest of the journey. Having had enough, I left the retreat early, exhausted, and wishing that I had booked another experience. Total waste of money, not as advertised, and the worst travel experience I've ever had." website, edited

"As usual, this trip was amazing! Not only because of the activities that we did, but also meeting such inspirational and like-minded people. I truly believe the element of yoga included in these trips attracts a certain quality of people that's hard to find in the mad city of Dubai. And the beauty of spending time with people from all parts of the world makes your events even more unique and special. The rock climbing was a totally new and challenging experience for me which I'd love to do again. Thank you once again, from the soul of my heart." website, edited

"I just moved to Dubai with my husband and this past weekend to Oman was incredible at so many levels. As all of Livias retreats from what we have experienced and heard, absolutely everything was taken care of and the weekend was filled with a rich diversity of activities, which makes the weekend feel like a week of adventure, how amazing!Even chill time in the late afternoons/evenings is part of the scheduled, so you wont feel exhausted at the end of the trip, but rather re-charged. Since you only need to take care of bringing clothes and sun screen, you can truly focus on getting the most of a well-deserved break, and on forming new incredible friendships, oh, and focus on yourself too priceless! It is also a very short and enjoyable ride from the city so if you cannot take a long break, this is perfect. You will not regret it, the opposite, you will treasure it forever! Thank you Livia et all for our best weekend in the Middle East to date." website, edited

"Hi Livia, I want to say thank you for last weekend. It was honestly one of the best weekends I have had in Dubai in ages! Have had a tough few months and I really felt amazing afterwards, just what I needed. It's strange how one night away can feel so rejuvenating. So glad I sent that last minute email! "

"Thank you for making this trip so lovely and creating so many great memories! The food was delicious, I was pleasantly surprised, as that is not always the case in these trips. The location and the lovely garden of Kahuna Club is definitely a plus.I liked the activities and the yoga twice daily. I really liked that every yoga session was different and we got to try different things. One of the highlights of the trip for me was practising yoga with a huge Buda overlooking us. Thats a one in lifetime experience! Or maybe not when I travel with you again."
