St. Marks Stays is a recently renovated vicarage full of character and charm. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a choice of king-size beds or twin beds and have an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have a stunning view of the Cumbrian countryside. There is free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Program

This retreat is all about you and feeding your body and soul. The yoga styles are Hatha, Yin, and Nidra.

  • 2 daily sessions of yoga, breath work, and meditation with Asha Jacob to help you quieten the mind. In the studio or on the deck.
  • Beautiful walks to explore the stunning Cumbrian countryside on your doorstep that will allow you to reconnect with nature. One walk will take you to Cautley Spout, England's highest waterfall
  • A vision board workshop - Visualize your dreams and goals to inspire and motivate you
  • A picnic in a nearby field where you can practice barefoot walking, hold a talking circle, gratitude journaling, and indulge in cloud spotting. Mindfulness at its best!
  • A crystal and Tibetan singing bowls sound bath, aiming to reset the nervous system and slow down the production of stress hormones
  • For the more adventurous, there is the possibility of cold water dipping nearb,y which has a variety of health benefits, including boosting your immune system and jump-starting your metabolism
  • Talking circle around the fire pit.
  • Delicious wholesome plant-based meals
  • Tea, biscuits, and fruits are available throughout the day

There is free parking available at the venue.

Arrival by train

There are two train stations nearby: Kirkby Stephen is 15 minutes away, and Oxenholme is 25 minutes away. Yoga Retreats And More can book a taxi for you if required.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
