Gabriela Sofia Flores
Gabi discovered yoga and meditation more than 15 years ago and through this practice, she has come to realize just how much my relationship with myself and the world around me is affected by my mood, and on how much space and time she gives to herself, not just on a day-to-day basis, but also a moment-to-moment. Traveling the world to meet renowned teachers, she has managed to build a series of practices that bring her into balance, wellness, and alignment in her everyday life.
Naz started yoga seven years ago after my immigration into Italy and it certainly helped her mentally and physically. It established a connection with herself that she needed the most during those days and it has stayed with her until today, and now she is using it professionally after qualifying as a yoga teacher. Also, she has her master's degree and career in sustainable fashion and she works with natural dyeing. During her yoga journey, she realized how much yoga and sustainability are very similar ideas, both in search of balance and the connection with herself.
