From a simple minimalist room to a comfortable bungalow, there are a variety of flats, rooms, and bungalows.

During this holiday, you will experience daily yoga classes and meditation practices while learning energizing exercises in small groups along with yoga therapy. This program perfectly complements the traditional vacation in Israel with wonderful practices. This experience will also give you a deep relaxation, improved physical health, and spiritual growth.

You will master the elements of classical yoga, which can be practiced by everybody, from experienced practitioners to newcomers. You will enjoy energizing exercises that will fill you with energy to the very brim. The yoga postures loosen joints, stretch and irrigate the spine, promote the flow of energy and fluids in the body and nervous system, and promote elimination of toxins.

The postures also exert a beneficial pressure on various glands and organs, flushing and stimulating them. This course is suitable for everyone who feels the need to take care of their body, rest in a circle of like-minded people, and restore their mental and physical strength to gain spiritual and inner harmony.

Co-founder of Ananda yoga school in Rishikesh, India. Slava Anand is a certified teacher in USA of yoga and meditation trained by yoga masters in India, USA, and Italy. Over the years, the practice has developed a technique that allows you to heal the body and mind without need of deep immersion into metaphysics.

This retreat will take place at Ananda Kriya Yoga Ashram in Maharashtra, India. The villa is located right in the heart of the country surrounded by a quiet seclusion and the many facets of a pastoral environment where nature extends a warm invitation to relax and refresh your spirit.

During this retreat, you will be served three daily delicious and vegetarian meals plus filtered water and healthy teas. The meals will be served in a covered, open-air dining area.

And if you enjoy the scenic outdoors, the surrounding hills offer lovely hiking with splendid valley views the higher you go.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Pune Airport (PNQ). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
