A wonderful opportunity this year: This bespoke yoga and Pilates retreat to suit your particular needs, and address all your ailments. You will have the unique chance to get private lessons for you and your family or group or friends, as well as the undivided attention from the experienced and intuitive renowned teacher, Opale, in an ideal peaceful location, only a few steps from the beach!
The retreat will take place at Agroturismo Sa Marina, a sea view eco-house, a small rural hotel located in the magical surroundings of Pou des Lleó and Cala Boix, only a few steps from the beach. It is a very peaceful spot, with a small medicinal plant garden and three horses. It has a familial atmosphere where each one is invited to respect the house and the environment, using water and electricity responsibly, changing towels only if the necessary, non-smoking and alcohol-free zone in all areas. No Wi-Fi. Telephone coverage is capricious on the site, an opportunity to immerse yourself into an introspective time. Artisanal local products on request. Shampoo and natural soap made in Ibiza.
This location is the perfect place to unwind. It is very tranquil and only a few steps from the beach. The rooms are with two single beds and a private bathroom. Possibility to have a larger room including a private living room, at an extra cost. There is also the possibility to have a private apartment with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and, a living room, with the sea view, on request.
Unfortunately, the house cannot accommodate children under 18 years old.
Opale will be providing teachings of the flowing yoga sequences that will suit best your personal needs. The foundation of the teaching is coming from Sukhita yoga, the yoga of happiness. You will practice three hours daily yoga, on a shaded terrace.
Morning sessions will be followed by a delicious lunch. All sessions include Asanas (yoga postures), Vinyasa (sequence of poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and Mindfulness meditation. Pilates exercises will be incorporated into the teachings if desired.
This is to ensure there is some specific focus on improving your core and help to build and strengthen the muscles supporting your spine. If you have an ongoing physical condition Opale will design a program specially created to address your ailments. This is a unique opportunity for the student to receive undivided attention. The lessons are suitable for all, complete beginners and those who have practiced yoga for some years.

By learning to smile and relax your mind, you will find freedom in your body and flow with lightness in your practice. Experience a unique approach that integrated the tools of Mindfulness into the physical practice of yoga.
Opale will compose unique bespoke sessions, after checking on the arrival day both the wishes and the physical possibilities of each person.

By learning to ease and relax the mind, direct our attention in the right place and initiate our movements from our center, you'll find space in the body, allowing you to flow with lightness and joy in the practice, whilst increasing stability, integrity, and confidence.
Sukhita flow yoga is a dynamic and flowing yoga, using free body sequencing, in movement, or in stasis. Guided by the rhythm of each breath, deep and conscious. The session becomes one big flowing sequence, done with awareness and joy, a meditation in motion. With a practical step by step program, you will practice a wide variety of Asanas, learn to correct your alignment, guided by hands-on adjustments from the teacher. The use of different variations of postures permits to go deeper into the final Asana and allows a precise understanding from a new point of view.
In a week’s time, you will feel taller, built up stamina, and stable core strength. You will learn to release tensions and practice with tranquility and ease, feeling lighter in both body and mind.
The classes are designed in such a way that both the beginners and the regular practitioners will benefit from the Yoga course. (Suitable variations are always proposed along the way).
As the days will pass, the rhythm of the class and the number of asanas will increase. The student is invited to keep cultivating the ability to softly listen, to his/her body, mind, emotions, to the energy of the moment, practicing within their own body’s limitations.
Opale is very attentive at the correct placement of your body in the posture, to avoid pain and physical problems caused by improper alignment. She considers the practice of yoga as an essential tool to cure oneself.
Evening welcoming circle to clarify your intentions. You are invited to express your particular wishes and physical needs/issues for your retreat (calming the mind, clarifying your life goals, dealing better with your emotions, increasing self esteem and confidence, strengthening the core, empowering your body, working on spine flexibility, lower back issues, etc.)

Opale will be providing teachings of Vinyasa flowing and Dynamic yoga which incorporate and combine prana flow sequences. Her background in various yoga schools promotes a thorough study of each posture. She will gently ease you into the practice with breathing exercises and smooth movements to awaken the muscles and joints as a preparation throughout the week for tougher poses through the core and back strengthening exercises.
The island of Ibiza, over the last 50 years, has become a focal point for alternative living. But in the last decade, it has grown as a very ecological and healing orientated location. Known as “the white island” for the curing properties of its white clay, Ibiza is nowadays a worldwide famous destination for nature lovers and yoga practitioners. A place where people feel the freedom to express their own individuality and explore different ways to connect with their inner Self.

You will be provided daily healthy buffet breakfast in the shaded outdoor living room. There will be daily healthy vegetarian lunch after the lessons taken with the teacher, in a nearby restaurant.
There are beaches to enjoy, an island to explore, have a massage, or relax under the shade of the palm trees. In the evening, you can discover Santa Eularia little town and its charming port with a wide sandy beach. Stay Eulalia is about 15 min drive and offers all services (pharmacy, banks, etc.) and a fast shuttle boat to the sister island, Formentera, and to Ibiza town.
Additional massage treatments with Catherine Barany can be booked for 60 EUR for the one-hour duration.
