Feel the sun touching your skin, go paddling in the sea and smell the scents of flowers and herbs during this yoga and cycling holiday. Beside the relaxing yoga, you’ll feel totally free and one with nature during our cycling trips.
There are 10 cottages. They all have a bathroom, kitchen, a private veranda and Wi-Fi. In the garden there are plenty of spots to read and relax in one of the hammocks. The complex is located on the beach. You can directly walk from the garden to a beautiful and long sandy beach, where you can swim and sunbathe.
The classes are given alternately in the garden and on the beach. When you wake up, you can enjoy a delicious and healthy juice. Afterwards you can start the day on your yoga mat, while enjoying the fresh sea air and the rhythm of the waves. While you are busy with the sun salutation, you overlook the the Aegean Sea and feel the first sunbeams. After this wonderful morning yoga, a rich and healthy breakfast will be waiting for you. The rest of the day you will have all the time to do what you like and of course we'll give you recommendations, if you need.
Meditation with sunset at the Asklepion is very special. This is the sacred place of Hippocrates, who was born in Kos around the year 460 BC. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation a special and unforgettable experience.
If you feel like it, in the evening you can go with the group to the thermal baths. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. With the sun setting and the stars in the sky, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats as the background.
On 2 afternoons, you can explore Kos together with the group and go on fantastic cycling trips. Along the coastal area, over hilly terrain and through beautiful, unspoiled nature. During the cycling trips you can relax and enjoy the nature and scenic views. The Greek guide who’ll show you the beautiful places, can tell you about what you encounter along the way. A total of four cycling tours are offered during the retreat.
Twelve years ago when I was firstly introduced to Pilates and yoga, I immediately fell in love. My Pilates and yoga studies in London and New York coupled with my ten years of teaching experience in Greece have honed my ability to identify imbalances in my students’ bodies and encourage them to improve their skills and overcome any deficits with a main focus on breathing techniques, body balance and stretching. Moreover, my ballet background has always influenced my classes during which I share my passion for graceful movement and flow while paying particular attention to technique, alignment

To feel and to listen to your heart and your intuition.Yoga is much more than performing the asanas on the yogamat and during my yogaclasses, Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Easy flow and Yin yoga, I will help you to find the beauty within yourself.
The apartments are located on 5 km from the city Kos. Near, but still far enough from the hustle and bustle. It also allows you to make special walks and cycling trips in the area. On these routes, you'll find the most fun, real Greek tavernas, where you can enjoy the local atmosphere and the wonderful hospitality of the Greek population.
During the retreat, there is a delicious and healthy breakfast, Greek style: freshly baked bread, different kind of cheese from the island, yogurt, nuts, and seasonal fruits from the garden and freshly squeezed juice. Dinner is prepared on-site by a Greek cook. Everything is fresh with as many local products as possible. Tea and coffee is available all day.
The meals are vegetarian. If you have dietary requirements, please inform the organiser about this. At dinner it's 'bring your own booze'. Always nice to taste newly discovered Greek wines from each other. The table is set, nice company and atmospheric lanterns with candles in the trees create a successful evening.
Other dietary requirements upon request are possible for Pescetarians and vegetarians. If you have special dietary requirements, it is a good idea to inform the organizer when making a reservation.
