  • Lindsey Porter

    As well as running three Yoga~Nu~U yoga classes based near Falkirk, Lindsey also enjoys being a mom to her two boisterous boys and actively supporting two voluntary organisations: CVS Falkirk and Smart Works Edinburgh. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner, Reiki master, and holistic therapist (Indian head massage and hopi ear candles).

  • Emma Frame

    Emma teaches a general Hatha yoga style with yoga props. Her classes are friendly and caring. She loves to modify an asana for her students and meet the needs of their individual body. Emma completes her yoga training in 2004 with the wonderful and inspirational Julie Hanson and June Mitchell at CYS Scotland. She holds a RYS 200 hour Yoga Alliance and has taught since then. She completed the YogaBugs training for children in 2005.

Your meals, snacks, and drinks are included in the price. Meals are vegetarian and fish based.

You can treat yourself further by enjoying an Indian head massage or Reiki treatment for an additional price.

    "It was really nice to meet you yesterday and I certainly feel that I have benefitted from our 121 practice, it was definitely the most enjoyable (and challenging!) yoga session I have had to date. I have got loads of aches and pains this morning; I'm sure that's a good sign! I've never enjoyed the relaxation at the end more as I was exhausted by that stage; it was absolute bliss. I also really enjoyed the shiatsu foot massage you gave me half way through our practice when I was starting to flag, it gave me a boost."
