Bali Eco Stay

The accommodations in Bali Eco Stay gives you a chance to fall asleep to the sound of water tumbling into a fresh mountain stream, surrounded by nature, with views of the waterfall, forest and beyond. It provides easy access to your private en suite bathroom inside the bungalow. There are two queen beds plus two single beds, all with mosquito nets. There's an extra private relaxation area downstairs. After enjoying everything that Bali Eco Stay can offer, you will be travelling to the next retreat center, Soulshine. It is a boutique hotel and yoga retreat oasis.

In Soulshine, the exquisitely designed main building and grounds hosts a river, tropical gardens, and several ornate ponds with accommodation up to 25 people. It is perfect for intimate retreats or family and group vacations. After your yoga practice, enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool and pick fresh fruit from an abundance of mango, jackfruit, banana, mangosteen, rambutan, papaya, and coconut trees.

Villa Boreh

Villa Boreh is the last yoga retreat center that you will enjoy. It is located on the north east coast of Bali, in the village of Sembiran, between Singaraja and Amed. It is an area of distinct significance to Bali, in that Hinduism arrived here via the shores of the north east coast, what is now known as the regency of Tejakula. This area boasts the oldest and some of the most important temples in Bali, not to mention has some fantastic hidden gems not written about in any guide books.

It has an open air pavilion for yoga, dance, meditation, and group activities. It has four adjoining bedrooms with en suite in the seminar building. The seminar area is in a contained space and can be closed up for privacy. It’s ideal for group activities and also for groups of friends and families, wanting to have their own space.

In this retreat, you will have two to four hour long daily yoga classes. On some days, you will have a longer morning session and no evening class, and on the other days, no morning session but a longer afternoon session. On average days, you will do three hours of yoga a day.

Everybody is welcome to join this adventure retreat. You should at least have a minimum of three months practice from any yoga tradition, without any injuries, and can bike and hike comfortably for three to four hours with an open mind and heart ready for an experience of a lifetime.

"I enjoyed being in prenatal yoga class with other pregnant women and preparing my body and being for labor. I love moving and doing poses that help me feel better in my body. So much of my day is spent filled with awkwardness and feeling uncomfortable, and prenatal yoga helps me realize that I can still move gracefully."
