Alena Bartoli, RYT 200, is a global yoga nomad. Teaching in North America, Europe, and Asia, Alena brings the spirit of exploration, celebration, and connection to her teachings on and off the mat. She holds retreats and yoga adventures in Jordan and the Sinai in the fall, spring, summer, and winters. She teaches her guests at various international locations. Alena teaches a gentle, inspiring practice, and after nearly 10 years spent in Jordan and the Sinai. She also offers a deep, authentic knowledge of the area.
Narayani is a passionate yoga teacher who loves to guide people into transformational journeys.
Bella has been a teacher of Hatha yoga in West Cork, Ireland and beyond for over 16 years. She trained initially with Contemporary Yoga Cork and has completed pieces of training in yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, Pre- and Post-natal yoga and Womb yoga for women’s well-being (Uma Dinsmore - Tuli, Yoga Campus, and YTTC). She has studied and practiced with the following international teachers: Donna Farhi, Diane Long, Sophy Hoare, Yumma Mudra, Chinnamasta Stiles.
Michael is a master-level teacher in the Kripalu yoga tradition. Through many years of intensive study and practice of Swami Kripalu’s work, Yoganand has gained a profound ability to distill and interpret esoteric yoga texts and techniques. After studying with Kripalu yoga masters in India and America, Yoganand Michael taught at the Kripalu Center for more than 15 years before founding Pranakriya Yoga, which he developed from the original teachings of Swami Kripalavandaji and reconfigured to meet the needs of Western yogis in today’s world without taking away from the ancient teachings.
