To facilitate a harmonious environment for you, the Yoga Naturecure Time has collaborated with the luxurious resort Marinha Dourada. Nestled in the countryside, only a short walk from the Indian Ocean, the resort permits tranquility to define your stay and relationships to flourish within the group, who will live, act, experience and unite over the duration of the course.
The Marinha Dourada Hotel is a resort located in the scenic village of Arpora, just minutes away from the famous Baga Beach. The resort has been awarded the Thomson Holidays UK, Gold Award for best accommodation and the Government of India Tourism Award for outstanding performance.
The facilities and amenities are designed to give you the ultimate in comfort and luxury, and the first thing that strikes visitors about the Marinha Dourada is the peace and tranquility. Set in serene surroundings, it remains cool even in the hottest of summers. The Marinha Dourada is the ideal choice for those wishing to escape the pressures of life and the hustle and bustle of the city.
The resort overlooks two lakes with the Baga river flowing nearby, besides the Baga hillock with its dense tree canopy and the salt pans and rice fields on the other side.
The rooms are spread around the hotels well-kept grounds with many enjoying views over the lakes or the swimming pools. They are simply furnished and fairly small in size with a balcony. Meandering pathways lead from the rooms to the lakes where rowing boats are available for hire, making the most of this unique location.
This training will be held in Goa, India. Goa has achieved a position of prominence as one of Indias centers for yoga. Having closely studied the approach of many competing schools, Yoga Naturecure Time and ITI MET GSIHM have applied their many years of educational expertise to understand how to realize their mission most effectively. As a result, the Yoga Naturecure Time offers a program that ensures you are not only instructed by leaders in their field, but also granted the freedom to absorb new information, reflect upon what you have learned and meditate upon yoga and life, both your own and of those around you.
Yoga Naturecure Times teacher training is designed to release the potential of the heart, mind, body and soul through the art of yoga. Daily yoga instruction is coupled with excursions and cultural immersion to show you your potential by way of this ancient method.
Over the course of one month, you will undergo a complete immersion in both classroom yoga instruction, as well as local culture, offering you the ability to learn, reflect, and absorb not only coursework, but also the lifestyle led by those who practice yoga.
Over the course of the program, each day will differ from the next, permitting you the chance to diversify you focus and touch on each element of the body, mind and spirit.
On the first day, the course starts at 11:00. The course ends with distribution of certificates. The certification ceremony on the last day will be held before lunch.
Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (GOI). Yoga Naturecure Time offers pickup service by taxi at an additional cost.
Free shuttle service to Baga Beach and back is available daily in the accommodation from 09:00 to 18:00 from the resort entrance (main gate).

You should arrive at least a day before the course starts.
Yoga Naturecure Time prefers you to be here 1-2 days in advance to get acclimatized with the environment. If not, you can arrive the evening before the course starts so you can relax. If this is the case, you need to pay one day extra for your accommodation. You can also arrive on the day the course start. On the last day, you can either leave on that night or stay till 12:00 the next day.
This training course is open for all adults who are willing to take part in this wonderful experience, as it is believed that the lessons in this course are not only meant for a restricted audience. Yoga Naturecure Time invites anyone over the age of 18 to join.
The training fee includes double occupancy. However, arrangements for single accommodation can be made on request and on an additional payment.
All hotels require passport registration upon arrival. You will need extra passport photos for this process, so be sure to get a few before you travel. Bring also 2 copies of your passport and visa.
Goa has a tropical climate, sits on the shore of the Indian Ocean and is warm all year round. Leave the sweaters, jumpers and wool socks at home, but dont forget a bathing suit and a toothbrush.
If you want to stay further, that can be discussed and arranged suiting your convenience.
All foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa prior to entering India. This is a quick process, taking approximately one week, on average. From the landing date on India make sure your passport is valid at least for 6 months. If not, consult the nearest embassy or consulate. To secure your trip, it is recommended that you apply for visa 4 to 6 weeks before the date of travel.
Regardless of the duration of the valid tourist visa, the maximum duration of stay in India is limited to 6 months (180 days) on each visit. In case of long term course (6 months and more) or if you want to secure your stay in India for longer time, Yoga Naturecure Time can assist you with obtaining an Indian student visa (up to one year duration with multiple entries). On the basis of the Provisional Letter of Acceptance, contact Indian Embassy or consulate in your respective country for obtaining a student visa endorsed to ITI - MET GSIHM.
NRI students do not require a visa.
Before traveling to any new country for a long time, it is a good idea to speak with your doctor and seek his recommendations for medication and vaccinations.
The accommodation has a panel of doctors on call. First aid items are available at the reception. Prescribed medicines can be arranged from the chemist shops in the vicinity through the hotel reception.

Malvis love for yoga sprouted when she was thirteen, and was practicing various asanas (postures) and trataka (gazing) for improved concentration and health. Her interest kept growing even though she studied engineering and joined a corporate house. She completed her comprehensive yoga teachers training hours from the Yoga Institute, the oldest yoga institute in India and also went through various schools of yoga in India to understand in-depth yoga therapy and Patanjali yoga sutras. Certified in nutrition affiliated from American college of Sports Nutrition, Malvi is fuelled by her desire to serve the society where stress related disorders are so prevalent. This had helped her decide to start yoga and meditation training.
Malvis training affiliation has been with various multinational companies, people all over the world and children. She conducts workshops like office yoga, stress management, and love yourself, which are all a different mix of regular sessions on meditation, counseling, mind management and yoga.
Trained therapists for Green Leaf India Clinic for face yoga and health of our eyes with the introduction to eye spa, Malvi has conducted camps in association with the oldest institute of yoga in India for children from various schools and colleges of Mumbai and also trained physical trainers for yoga in a project initiated by the government of Gujarat and many other projects where people involved to make happiness a habit and work fit.
During the training, you will be served 3 daily vegetarian meals. There is also yogic tea served twice a day.
The foods will adhere to the principles of yoga, naturopathy and Ayurveda. Freshness, simplicity and a balance between raw and cooked food, right quantities and textures, will empower you with nutrition and better digestion while yogic practice will bestow the art of eating mindfully, leading to greater fulfillment.
