Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats with 'Yoga by Lina' invites you to take a spring break, and to do so only for yourself. Spring is a time for new beginnings so take time out from your busy lives and give yourselves the opportunity to reset and reconnect. This unique four-day getaway will give you the chance to refocus on your health, immerse yourself in yoga and wellness sessions, to relax and unwind in the tranquil Spanish wine and champagne region.

This retreat will help you delve deeper into your yoga and meditation practice. You will have time to relax and renew your energy and reinvigorate your mind, body, and soul. With daily yoga, meditation practice, reflection sessions, and nutritious food together, you will create a wholesome and transformative wellness experience.
Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats with 'Yoga by Lina' will start the activity by giving a talk about conscious feeding followed by a vegetarian-vegan cooking workshop with seasonal foods. With the collaboration of everyone, you will make the main course and a dessert.

Lina is originally from Lithuania and discovered yoga eight years ago in New York, USA. She received her Vinyasa, Ashtanga-Vinyasa (RYT) qualification in India and is now teaching regularly around Europe, leading various workshops and yoga or mindfulness retreats. She is really passionate about carrying the tradition of yoga and inspiring her students to live a healthier, more mindful life on and off the yoga mat.

You will enjoy wholesome vegetarian and vegan breakfasts, lunches, and dinners daily. Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats with 'Yoga by Lina' realizes the importance of good, healthy, and nutritious food while you stay with them and offer delicious dishes for guests. All meals will be vegan and vegetarian prepared with fresh, seasonal, and, for the most part, organic produce. There will also be free-flow infusion teas available throughout each day.
