The accommodation options are on shared room basis. The retreat center is easy to reach and located in an inexpensive and safe area. Without worry, you can enjoy fresh juices, fruit salads, and Indian-Western fusion meals in several restaurants and cafes close by the location.

The locals are friendly and accustomed to Western travelers who have been visiting Goa for decades. The Portuguese colonial period has left a strong cultural heritage that you can experience its architecture and the Christian traditions that locals cherish greatly.

Mornings

You will practice asanas, pranayamas, and pratyahara. After a light breakfast, you will continue with lectures and yoga philosophy.

Noons

Take a break after the breakfast or the early lunch. Walk along the uninterrupted beaches with palm trees, swim, relax, sunbath, socialize, read a book with a fresh vegetable or fruit juice, get a beauty treatment or a massage, or discover the neighboring villages.

Afternoons

Restart with a relaxation or a meditation session. You will exercise in self-expression and exchange your insights. You will end with asana, pranayama, and meditation during sunset until the darkness falls.

Evenings

Enjoy dinner, socializing with the group or with the locals. Explore more of the places, shops, and markets around Mandrem and more. When you look for peace, your hut will always be there, in a quite green garden near the beach.

  • Shweta Bhanot

    In 2011, Shweta Bhanot has done her teacher training course from Yogalife in the inspiring surrounding of Dharamsala. Since then, she has been teaching classes in New Delhi and Belgium. Recently, Shweta was assistant teacher at the Yogalife teacher training course in Ghent. Shweta is an inspiration to many happy yogis, who are always glad to return to her uplifting classes. Shweta specializes in teaching Hatha yoga.

As the founder and guiding force behind Yogalife and Antastha yoga, he shares his considerable expertise as a learned and intuitive teacher through yoga teacher training courses and workshops. His teachings bring peace, health, and self-exploration.

  • Manoj Bhanot

    A lovable and charismatic yoga teacher, Manoj is modern, grounded, and effortlessly cool. People joke that Manoj does not have students, but fans. He is an expert on all things related to human energy and chakras. He has the natural ability to connect with people through his intuitive understanding, sense of humor, and his communication skills.

This retreat will be held in Mandrem, North Goa, India. Mandrem is very peaceful and known as the yoga beach, far away from the crowd, noise, or any distractions of the daily life. Here, wide white sand shores, swaying palm trees, and the warm Arabian sea will be at your feet.
